This particular SW store is off-the-charts great. The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Generally speaking , they always are "in-stock" with their products.

Been to this location too many times due to convenience. Every time I've been I was made to feel like they are doing me a favor and that I'm inconveniencing them. My most recent visit, a guy left in the middle of doing a color match for me while there were other people waiting. The poor guy that took over for him (solo) had to basically start over and try to appease other customers at the same time.

Carlos is the MVP of all time!!! He answered my phone call 4mins before closing and took the time to listen to my story and even offered to stay open a few extra minutes to help fix an error! ( I was emotional due to another Sherman Williams location- I was so embarrassed and frustrated when I arrived to his store). I arrived a few minutes past 4pm and he helped me! A HUGE Emphasis on his customer service and ability to help resolve a problem. I left his store feeling grateful and faith restored in humanity. Carlos! Welp, the Sherwin Williams next to my house was closed so I googled it and saw that this location was open so I rode all the way to this location and saw the sign on the door even said they were open on Sunday at 10 am.... Doors are locked, lights are off and it's 11amReally? Come on y'all.

These people have no idea what they're doing. We have some Emerald SW interior paint we used all throughout our home back in 2014. We kept the can, which had the formula for the color. When we tried--twice--to get another can of this shade, the employees of this store said they could not do that because SW had slightly changed the formula for this particular shade and they claimed it was not possible to manually custom tint the paint. Just unreal. Now we have an $80 can of paint that does not match the paint on our walls after two trips to the SW store. Going to try another SW store and pray that the employees there are not rude and incompetent.

I was very surprised my first time in this store. I was instantly welcomed and asked if there was something I needed help finding. I’ve never been to a SW paint store that had such a knowledgeable and dedicated staff. I’m pretty new to painting but the people here have taught me so many neat tricks and tips to the trade. Adam and his team set a new standard for customer experience. I’ll drive across town and pass 4 other stores just to shop at the firehouse store. Also their paint bag is worth every penny. I went from hauling 3 clunky plastic bins to one sleek bag. Thank you SW!
