Me'Lisa has made my experience wonderful with our carpet replacements at our property in Pearland, TX. Anytime I call I only want to speak with her because I know she will make sure our installs are taken care of. The guys who work here - Ricardo and Phil - are awesome. Great service and knowledgeable about all of the colors. Extremely disappointed in their "color consultants" - Chloe came to my house and was there for 25 minutes - suggested 2 colors, both of which threw undertones that were off in my house. Wrote down the type of light bulbs I needed to change to - that was incorrect. Said that my existing paint was "flat finish" - wrong again - I have satin/eggshell. When I tried to contact her for additional color suggestions, no response. Left approximately 5-6 voice mails. Contacted the store and was given the number of her supervisor, Janae; no response from her either. She knows what colors coordinate with each other but NOT how they look in your house. Better off asking the guys in the store than using their "color consultants"
