During the course of an entire day, this store could not manage to mix one gallon of paint. I placed the order online in the morning and waited for a notice that the paint was ready to be picked up. Nothing. Then at 6:30 PM they simply cancelled the order with no explanation. Very inconsiderate.

When you walk into a store and 3 employees are having a personal conversation and one on his phone and you have to ask if you can get help it's not a good sign.

After my second bad experience at the Ella location, I decided to come to this store and I’m so glad that I did. Sam was a delight and very knowledgeable on his products. I have no experience with paint or the products that you use with it and he was very patient and gave me clear directions. He even helped me to my car since I purchased a 5 gallon.

The person at the front desk had absolutely no interest in helping me with some basic questions; she seemed annoyed that I was there.It seemed like the customer service was better for contractors, but if you're just doing a small project, my experience is that they're not going to take the time to help you.I ended up not buying anything, which seemed like their goal.

I love Sherwin Williams paint, but the lack of professionalism and courtesy is a real downer at the N Shepard location. On more than one occasion, the Hispanic male working at the front counter made my experience very unpleasant. The first time, I thought he was having an off day, but today he was just as disengaged and rude.
