Just had the best experience with the two ladies that were full of positive energy and VERY helpful. Only thing missing were stir sticks (easy fix, I would think).

The best Sherwin-Williams store in the Houston area. Great staff, always smiling, welcoming, and acknowledging customers. Even going above and beyond by memorizing and using customer's names. I've been in retail management in multiple companies & locations and haven't seen such a great customer experience like this store has. The current store leader definitely has great management & leadership skills that show through their team's actions and positive attitudes. Of course, a leader can only be as great as their team, so the team at this store is flawless.Also, it is the best store for coffee in the Houston area. Even with a strict budget for their coffee kiosk, they still manage to keep variety in their stock.

I would give this place a zero if I could! What a nasty attitude from whoever the guy was behind the counter he didn’t speak to none of us in the store , didn’t offer help if you asked him a question he huffed and puffed dude find another job it’s clear you hate this one or find a therapist to work out your issues

We went to match some paint for interior trims and Jada was so amazingly helpful, really friendly and knowledgeable. She got the colour perfectly and made sure it was a good match before we left. I’d definitely recommend going.

The young woman who helped me, Jada, is knowledgeable. She is extremely educated about the paints and the procedures for doing particular projects. She demonstrated how to properly sand and paint a piece of millwork to the couple in front of me. She was aware of the chemical composition of the paint and the ideal painting temperatures for both indoor and external surfaces. She worked alone and helped several customers at once. She was able to mix paint and attend to the following customer with ease. She excels at what she does.

A true neighborhood store! It's obvious to me (after a few trips) that the store has created a culture of serving the people within the community in which they operate, over just trying to make money. Great Service! Quality Product!

I have had amazing service at SOME Sherwin-Williams stores. Not this one. They are slow and unresponsive, and ordering online just means your order gets pushed down to the bottom of the pile. If you place an order in the morning, you may or may not get it, and they will feel completely comfortable closing up shop without the courtesy of a communication indicating when they intend to get around to filling your order. There are lots of Sherwin-Williams stores in Houston; there’s zero reason to go to this one.

I’ve never encountered a more unprofessional person in my life. I called and a woman answered the phone. I asked if I could use woodscapes on western red cedar fence, as red cedar can require special treatment. Her response was “should be” and then asked “why”? Well…because I have a red cedar fence and I need to know that it can be stained with this? Why else would I be calling? A customer asks a question and your response is an attitude and “why?” Does it matter why? You should be professional and answer the question with simply yes or no. I asked why she was giving attitude and so combative about my question and said “ummm why wouldn’t it be fine”. When I asked about why attitude she hung up on me. Not everyone is a sherwin williams expert. Awful awful awful way to treat potential clients. Behr and Home Depot it is.Update- I called Shepherd store and they said “oh absolutely I wouldn’t want to put something on cedar fence that was expensive either”. They proceeded to go into computer and double check for me and confirm I can use the stain. Also wished me a happy thanksgiving and glad they were able to confirm details on certain wood type.Much better than “why”, “umm pretty sure it’s fine”, or “why wouldn’t it work, it’s for wood”.Most unprofessional phone call ever encountered. As a businessperson and executive salesperson I was absolutely shocked.
