Very aggressive personnel and untrained. Based on my orders I could always reorder my previous paint in any Sherwin Williams locations but these people didn't know how to access to my account and didn't want to believe this kind of service is exist in Sherwin Williams system. Kind of rude and unfriendly staff even the manger who didn't know these simple things. I'll never stop by at this location anymore.

Poor customer service, staff is rude and just want to get done with the customer. that is why more people buy online now. There is no customer service.

Rude employees. Didn’t answer the phone so I drove in while calling over and over. When I arrived there where no customers and they just let the phone ring. I shop at Sherwin-Williams often but never the store again
