Fantastic knowledge of their products with the kind of support that goes above and beyond. Justin specifically 🙌 We had the privilege to get some hands on training on their epoxy and floor coating products at this location. Very informative and helpful.
We're in the (epoxy) floor coating business. We recently tried SW products and have had a great experience with both product and customer support.
This store has a lot of floor coating (epoxy) products stocked at this store. 3M products. So many helpful tools for your painting projects, and more.

I was actually in the store twice on back to back days and had 2 different associates helping me. The first time I came in was a few minutes until closing time and the service I got was like I was the first person greeted in the morning. Makes you feel good to be a customer when someone treats you that way. The second time I came in was an identical experience super helpful and felt great knowing I was getting a great quality product from knowledgeable staff.

I went here thinking they could give me some guidance on paint finishes /suggestions . It was as though they had zero knowledge in paint and were asking ME specific questions regarding the different types of paint . I said I don't know, I don't work here, and I'm not a painter ! Then I set up an account to make it easier for our contractor to be able to pick up more as they are supposed to keep the purchase history. We went back the next day, the store didn't even open at the scheduled opening time as nobody showed up , by 20 minutes after opening time we headed to another Sw store !! At the next store they learned no account was set up . HOT MESS!
