Since they changed managers, the store never has any supplies and they serve you poorly. The workers are also very lazy and rude. If they don't have any, they want to sell you whatever they want.

Manager Tom sucks , Doesn’t take accountability.
I was expecting a call back within the hour , never got one. 2 hours later I called and got hung up on. And no I wasn’t being “Sassy”.
Very unprofessional, Needs new management.

Went in needing help and advice on what paint to use on my cabinets. They guy working acted like I was bothering him. I left frustrated guess I'm going somewhere else.

They never have the paint that I need, if you need X paint they don’t have it, if you need Y paint they don’t have it, if you need this they don’t have it in “that base” I don’t know why this is a “paint”Store if they never have what we are looking for.

I don’t know if it is Sherwin Williams, the employees, or both that refuse to have zero common sense. They literally want the customer to go cut a piece of a perfectly intact wall to match colors. It doesn’t matter to them if it is the exact color code that was purchased from Sherwin Williams, if you want to re-purchase the exact same paint color, they still want the customer to go destroy walls so they can match the paint! Worthless. Horrible manipulative business practice!UPDATE: I went to a home improvement store and got the help I needed at a waaaaay cheaper price. I didn’t even have to tear off a sample of my wall to get the paint to match. Clerk at the home improvement store was way more helpful and informative that the Sherwin Williams employees.

The store was closed at 3:30, when it posted online and on their door that it closes at 4pm. It was a wasted trip and delayed my project.

Salesman (Carlos was the name on my receipt) was very helpful and had a positive attitude which made my visit go nice and smooth. Haven't painted yet, but the service was appreciated and deserves recognition

It was all right it had very little stock not many products had a few things I was looking for didn't have the main Item I was looking for I guess paint products are being made overseas and it's hard to get stock Last time I was there they did not Have the paint I was looking for I hope they have it now I did not ask My company requires us to use Sherwin Williams paint but I have been Buying it at Lowe's but even sometimes they do not have the base to mix the proper color
