I called today 06/12 9:47am spoke with the manager asking for a specific base of paint (painters edge) the guy said we don’t sale here, but the one close by do. I asked him can you please help me out and call them to make sure they have it in stock he said they do. I asked him please call them to make sure I’m driving he said NO I’m not You can call them I’m Not doing that for you!!
I am a general contractor using SW for more than 6 years and this is in aceptable! Thank you Sherwin Williams!!

I came into the store looking for white trim paint. My house was built in 1984 and I’m not sure the house had ever been repainted. Long story short, I needed to get paint to touch up trim throughout the house. I took a cabinet door with me to match. My person mixed a gallon for me that was a perfect match.

The paint is great. Prices are a bit high. But honestly, go to a different location than this one. The customer service at this particular location is terrible. They can't answer simple questions and forget about them using your account to keep track of stuff because they don't know how. They are just frustrating. I just started going to the other location a few more minutes away. They are much better at knowing g how to help a customer.

I needed to purchase quarts of touch up pain for our home. Guadalupe was kind, prompt in helping me, knowledgeable about paint colors, and everything I needed was in stock. The colors were mixed quickly and everyone was really warm and professional. I’ll be back!

I have come multiple times to this location and the service is always outstanding! This last time Jasmine went above and beyond to help me. I even made a mistake with my color and she was so kind fixed it without issue. She even called another store to have them reserve something for me since they didn’t have enough of what I needed.
