I went to this location to obtain some paint adhesive samples. All of the items were bent at the top. The case they were in was very dirty and made it difficult to read the paint name because the paper had curled so badly.
I got to the front to check out and with all 4 associates in the store (that I could see) no one made eye contact, no one took a moment to say welcome in or we will be right with you, nothing. Terrible customer service. While waiting in line, I had to listen to blaring Tejano music. Not everyone likes that kind of music, so it is very rude and unprofessional to have it so loud. That belongs in a warehouse, not in the ears of your customers. I spent 17 minutes in line for 4 samples. I got what I needed, but I was completely turned off by the lack of care for customers.
I will use the other store on Memorial and Kirkwood. They were helpful, and the store was quiet.

Tried to buy a couple of painters bags that were on sale for $11.99 and Caresse refused to sell them to me even though the price was on the sticker. She even took them off the floor. So, I went to another Sherwin Williams, they had them and looked them up online. The price was indeed $11.99. The other Sherwin Williams did not have a problem with me buying them.
I believe the employees at the Sherwin Williams on Gessner kept them for themselves, otherwise, why take them off the floor.
Also uploaded ticket showing where I purchased the bags at the other store for $11.99.

Cancelled my pickup order after 7 days instead of the 14 days stated in my order. No call or nothing.
Staff was also quite rude my previous vist when I was trying to match a color by RGB code. They simply said "No, we don't do that" instead of suggesting an alternate solution.

The customer service here is horrific. They close at 6 pm. I walked in the store at 5:40, the man shut the lights off when i walked in. After I stood at the desk waiting for his attention, he rolled his eyes when i asked if i could get a sample. He stated "we close at 6". It was 5:45, you are still open. 2 days later i called the store at 5:20. They picked up the phone and immediately hung up 3 different times. If you don't want to be customer facing, find a new job.

Horrible customer service. Not one client in the store and they refused to help me transfer paint to smaller container. My entire home is Sherwin-Williams paint. Never again

So happy with Sherwin-Williams Store on Gessner and Jordon in particular. His service quality was truly exceptional, I can’t wait to come back when I paint my next part of the house. He tolerated all my questions and helped me pick the right paint for my bathroom. Thank you for the help Jordon!

The business is quite accessible. It caught my attention that there was little painting material: such as rollers and caulking. I have always found a great variety. A chubby young man started serving me who at first seemed very friendly and when I saw that he was about to give me some wrong bottles I called him and he got upset. It caused him so much discomfort that he sent another person to assist me. The person who finished taking my order was a Colombian lady who made my order pleasant.
