The customer service here is horrific. They close at 6 pm. I walked in the store at 5:40, the man shut the lights off when i walked in. After I stood at the desk waiting for his attention, he rolled his eyes when i asked if i could get a sample. He stated "we close at 6". It was 5:45, you are still open. 2 days later i called the store at 5:20. They picked up the phone and immediately hung up 3 different times. If you don't want to be customer facing, find a new job.

Horrible customer service. Not one client in the store and they refused to help me transfer paint to smaller container. My entire home is Sherwin-Williams paint. Never again

So happy with Sherwin-Williams Store on Gessner and Jordon in particular. His service quality was truly exceptional, I can’t wait to come back when I paint my next part of the house. He tolerated all my questions and helped me pick the right paint for my bathroom. Thank you for the help Jordon!

Honestly was greeted by everyone and had the best experience at this location. The only problem was my item not being in stock I had the pleasure of speaking to a gentleman who helped me locate an item at a different store, Asked the other location to get their hands on the item before I drove far out. Eric saved my Saturday, this was my first time shopping at Sherwin Williams and will continue to keep shopping thanks to the amazing staff and Eric.

I went to the Guesner store earlier this week to take advantage of the 40% sale that was going on. The manager suggested for me to use my account instead because I would have a bigger discount, honored a discount on a product advertised on an email that wasn’t discounted at the store and at 6:00pm when the store was closing and I said that I needed something else but thought they were tired because it was closing time, the manager said “I am not tired at all, I am here to help the client” and took the time to complete the purchase. A very positive experience!

This store is the worst costumer service ever the manager Krunal is really bad I brought q gallon of paint and I told them that I need 50% of the color and did 100% when I get back they said is my fault nothing they can do, I paid them 300 for 6 gallons of duration, now I have to go to another store to make the right color.Is this formula 50%

I cant give a good review- paint not in stock. All options were not presented. Long line at the store. Kinda a bad experience this time.Representative was nice.

Worst customer service!! I called to ask for polyurethane for floors guy said he was going to check I was on hold for 15 minutes. The time it took me to get in my car and drive to the store. When I get there all 3 employee were sitting in the office. I asked for the product in person and still had too look and see he had some.

Color match was perfect. They matched our color as that we could paint the cabinet doors to match cabinet drawers. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional attendant that understood our situation and resolved it.

My husband and I joke that we “accidentally” bought a fixer upper as our first home, which means the first step was to paint EVERYTHING. We had never painted a picture, let alone an entire house before, so someone recommended we start at Sherwin Williams. I expected to walk in and talk to a teenage employee who didn’t know much (or care) but I could not have been more wrong. Every single person we interacted with (at multiple Sherwin-Williams locations) have gone above and beyond to help. Even after we spent about 30 minutes talking to Joseline, she was more than eager to give us tips, share her experiences and told us to come back and talk to her throughout the process. She made something that seemed very daunting manageable. I cannot thank her (and all of the kind, courteous employees) enough!
