Rare customer service of rude and incompetent. Gave name of paint and he described it. Got home and paint was drab green. Refused to make it right and insisted it was my fault. I'll go to Home Depot from now on.

noel? or noey? helped me and my dad pick out a color for my room and was really patient especially with how indecisive i was and all the questions we had. i wish more people in the retail industry overall had his attitude!

Sherwin-Williams is an excellent paint store with excellent customer service! They matched my existing paint so it matched without having to paint all the other walls.

Terrible experience today at this location! I brought an old can of paint for him to make it again. He said he couldn't do it because the numbers didn't match. He still mixed something and the color didn't match. I said I didn't want it. I had to go to another Sherwin Williams location and they were able to take the old paint and match it. How come the other Individual didn't ask to match the old color? I can think nothing but negligence on his part. Don't go to this location, they are clueless!

Dude was cool. I needed buckets and all they had were the giveaway buckets. But I needed to buy something first. And they didn't have ANYTHING I needed... But he gave me the buckets anyway...That's called great service ???
