Put in an order online for pickup. Waited three hours before calling to check on the order. Was told it'd be ready in 10 minutes. Then they called back and told me they didn't actually have the paint I needed. Meanwhile I have a painter at my house charging by the hour.
S-W isn't a bad paint company. But clearly the spot off 14640 NW FWY has an issue.

I went two weeks ago, asked the guy if he could look up my house to see my paint color, he asked for my phone number and he said he found it, gave me the color. It wasn't the match. I go back and asked what color they have showing in computer and guy says he can't find the address or project or nothing. So the guy just gave me whatever color he wanted to give me. Obviously I can't get my money back. Spent money and time. The right thing he should have done is say "I don't have the color, bring me a piece or something" instead of giving me anything.

There is a dark worker named Taylor, not good at customer service, if you don't like the job, look for another one.

Went in to get a paint but they did not have all the colors to mix it. Called back to see if maybe they knew if another store had the color and got mediocre assistance from Heather.
