I recently had my house painted and then I added a front porch. The addition created unpainted siding. I went to my local store to get more paint, I knew the color but not the sheen. The employee Amber was able to look up my contractors name, search for my job by name and give me the EXACT same paint that was used. I didn’t even know that was possible but it saved me from buying the wrong paint. I’m very grateful and I would recommend this store to the DIY’ers because the contractors know what they’re doing but they’re helpful when you don’t know!

I went in needing just a quart screen gray with an eggshell finish, and they only had the eggshell available in a gallon. The lovely lady behind gave me the contactor discount if I was willing to buy it in the gallon. What would have
been $90 for a gallon, I only paid $32. I rarely write reviews, but going above and beyond to meet my needs and eat the cost because they didn't have the eggshell finish warrants me sitting down and writing this review. I highly recommend going to them for all your painting needs. 300% satisfied

Kim is awesome. She matched my paint perfect. She has 20 years in the business. I swear, I thought she owned the shop. Best kept store, very spacious, neat and organized. Best I’ve seen. Definitely my favorite location.

Sherwin-Williams advertises experts to help with our projects and they don't. We walked in and everyone working looked away as if we were a problem. A few steps inside the door we heard Hello. We looked around to see who was speaking and all their faces were down. A women with short hair came in from a back work area and rested on the wall as we approached the counter. There was a guy working with a customer at the other counter and another guy looking for something. The girl at the counter was working at a computer station when we got up to the counter. She didn't look up. We asked her a question and she answered it while she continued working on the computer. Immediately we felt like we were bothering her. As we continued to ask more questions she continued to create no warm feelings and the exact opposite of what Sherwin Williams sells.No other team members came over to help as she told us to pick up our colors.This store didn't offer a good experience and we won't be purchasing Sherwin Williams products for our 4000 square foot house.

I don't leave one star reviews often, however this store has had 3 chances now. I went in today for the last time this afternoon and had the same experience. I'm a pretty approachable person and get along with most everyone. Seems like every time I go in this store, the two women working there would rather spend their time complaining about men and dates then help customers. They did say hi when I walked in the door, but that was it. I spent five minutes looking at different stains and even walked close to the counter and just stood there. One lady did turn and look at me, then started talking about how "he" used to drink beer, now started drinking wine. I waited what seemed like forever, however I'm sure it was only 30 to 45 seconds and finally walked out and went to a competitor.Really sad...

Best Sherwin Williams store , Customer service is great, for first time painting we had many questions, Amber was so helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, will definitely recommend this location.

By far, this is the best Sherwin Williams store in the city!!! Chris was extremely helpful in locating the paints we needed for our new house. He definitely went above and beyond all expectations!! This is now my "go to" store for all of my paint needs!!
