HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!
Oct 25-28 had a sale buy one gallon of Super Paint get 2nd 50% off. Employee Hector stated there is no sale this week. I showed him an email, and he stated that it's online only. Again, I showed him the coupon stating In-store & and online. Hector stated I had to purchase the paint online and pick up the paint in 2 hours. I asked to speak the impersonal manager, which stated the coupon has NO BARCODE, and he can't honor the SALE. I left the store with NO PAINT.

Even working alone and with the store
..."as busy as it gets"....
...Abigail was able to calmly and accurately attend to all customer needs while performing all needed manual tasks with fluency. Handling phone calls from contractors, other stores and customers with questions was no short order task, somehow she did splendidly and more polite and friendly than a 'Wall-to-Wall' retail greeter could hope to be in this day and age. More than glad that I stopped in to see this location.

Terrible service, I sat there for 10 minutes. There was five people working, one other custom in the store. They were all talking and stood around. Why are so many employees if nobody's works? I've been using Sherwin-Williams for 25 years and this is the worst store I've ever been to Marion

I needed to match a bathroom paint that I could not find anywhere online. The store manager did it in a snap and helped recommend the perfect paint and finish. I have all of my paint colors stored in their system and definitely recommend a visit to this store for courteous, knowledgeable and prompt service.
