I’ve been calling the store for a week and a half now. Why won’t anyone answer the phone??? Ordered shoes 03/01/2025 todays date is 03/13/2025 & STILL NOTHING!!! I’m just now reading the reviews for this Sharpstown / America Plaza location and it looks like this store needs to be shut down!

I recently came for the first time to this location about 3 weeks ago and the customer service by Emilio was amazing! He was very helpful and informative on any questions I had about different brand shoes. I give Emilio 10/10. Great employee!
