Love shipleys first of all. But the young lady 1st of all was very rude for no reason. That's regarding service. Can I get a squad cheese kolache? We're out. Ok any kolache? We're out. OK dozen donut holes? We're out. OK what do you have ma'am? Basically nothing. Worst location ever. So l do your self a favor and drive 5nmons to the ella location. They are always on point and great service.

The lady was extremely rude and rolled her eyes the entire time I was ordering, almost as if she was annoyed that I was ordering. Kind of felt like she hates her job and didn’t want to service. She smiled at co workers but not to customers her mood changed quickly when needing to ask what else we wanted to order. Body language was very clear she did not want to take the order.

This was a drive by. I did not make a purchase this time.Today's visit was a purchase. My fiancée was in line forever, being ignored! However, every Spanish person that entered was helped immediately! The manager was rude and nasty and clearly a racist. A shout out to the baker who came from the back after witnessing the abuse. Thank you so much! I am sorry that your boss reprimanded you for being kind and doing the right thing! Don't worry about her because you are a champion in the eyesight of God! I will never go back there. This is 2023 and it is a shame that a Black person would be so ill-treated by a Spanish person in Texas! Shame, shame, shame! Black people beware of this Shipley's!

Shipley Donuts and kolaches are an absolute gem in the culinary landscape of Houston, and I couldn't recommend them enough! Their donuts are heavenly, with a wide array of flavors that cater to every palate. But what truly sets them apart is their kolaches, a quintessential Houstonian delight. The soft, pillowy dough stuffed with savory fillings like sausage, cheese, and jalapeños is a Texan breakfast classic. Shipley has perfected the art of making these delectable pastries. The friendly service and nostalgic ambiance in their stores make the experience even more enjoyable. If you want a true taste of Houston, Shipley Donuts and kolaches are a must-try, earning them a solid five stars in my book!

Location:Off Shepherd dr, close to 45 Parking: Small but sufficientStaff:Carmen was beyond sweet. She greeted with a smile. Looked as if she was the only one at the front register but was taking care of everyone with a smile and kind words. Wait time: none Seating:There is some indoor seating Price:average Drink: had a small coffee and it was the right temperature of warm. Also had right amount of sweetness and cream. Food: donuts were warm and tasty! As you bite it melts and provides a great taste. I got the glaze and chocolate donut with sprinkles.
