Bad service. The sales girls have no attitude to serve customers. Very busy talking and giggling among themselves. Waited for a shoe for nearly 20 minutes and left due to lack of attention. Imagine the amount of sales lost due to inattentive and disinterested sales girls!!! Feel sorry for the owners. Wish they can manage this outlet far more efficiently. Your service is absolutely horrendous compared to outlets like JD, Foot Locker etc at the same mall.

The staff was very helpful from the moment I walked in and had several employees check on me. Especially Jonathan the store manager, he was very helpful and attentive the whole time I was there! Will definitely be going back!

The staff was amazing and helpful! They even sprayed our shoes and laced them up so we could wear them out the store! My kids were so happy and they made our day!

I had a terrible experience at the Shoe Palace in the Galleria Mall, Houston, TX. From the moment I walked in, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged by any staff. The store was extremely sloppy and unorganized, making it hard to shop. On top of that, they didn’t have much inventory in stock, which was disappointing.
The worst part was the customer service—manager was rude and dismissive, offering no solutions to my concerns. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I will never shop at this location again.
