Silver Street Studios is located in the Sawyer Yards. It used to be a distribution warehouse and has now become an event venue and art studio. Sawyer Yards has a large parking lot and there is street parking close to the Silver Street Studios as well. Depending on the event, parking can be tight in the area. This place is pretty awesome as I have seen it transformed into all kind of cool events. Last year I came to the Infinite Experience which was a large, immersive space experience. When I did it, I felt like we were in some very large space with all kinds of different rooms. Don't get me wrong, this place is huge, but more narrow than wide in the main area. They just know how to utilize and maximize the space to it's full potential. This past weekend, I saw this space turned into the WhiskeyX Festival. So many vendors attended but yet, I felt like we had plenty of room to roam around and mingle. This place also doubles as a place for artists to showcase their art. It is open to the public on certain days. If you are looking for a venue for your next event, or looking for a cool event to attend, check out Silver Street and see what's happening!

This is a great place to display your own creations! They have something for everyone and it really helps to support our small business within our community. I was able to purchased some very fragrant candles, a beautiful ring for me and my daughter, and some delicious tea! Pictures will be listed below. There were companies to set up picnics and rental for a variety of events. Believe me, there is truly something for everyone. The cost to enter is $10 and you get the nice black bag pictured during my check in; now you can pay $20 and be able to come back the next day, so it's totally up to you but I would recommend going and checking it out. Whether you're a vendor or in the market to purchase something. I almost forgot! They have plenty of things to purchase for dog lovers! The 4 stars is because there may not be parking so that too tells you a bit about what's being sold. People enjoy coming! It's just a great outing for families, friends, or hanging out someone special!

This is a large warehouse space filled with artist studios. It is open to the public on the second Saturday of each month, from 12-5 PM. You can wander around, look at selected art pieces in the hallway, and go inside art studios to see more work / chat with the artists. This is a free event.According to their website, this is only one of six repurposed warehouses in the area. I only visited this one and The Silos at Sawyer Yards, which were both so large that they wore me out. The participating buildings are: Silver Street Studios, The Silos at Sawyer Yards, Winter Street Studios, Spring Street Studios, Summer Street Studios, Sabine Street Studios, and First Industrial Studios. I didn't even see the others so it might take some work to find them all, if you're committed/energetic enough. You can also come back the following month. The Second Saturdays Open Studios event is also accompanied by an art market (at 1502 Sawyer Street -- Art Alley). There were quite a few art vendors with a wide variety of styles. There was also a live music act setting up. The promotional materials advertised food but there was really only one food truck outside (it looked yummy though). Parking: According to the website, there are two main parking lots for visitors. Main Yard Parking (2101 Winter Street) provides direct access to Silver Street Studios, Winter Street Studios, The Silos, Art Alley, and SITE Gallery. North Yard Parking (1824 Spring Street) provides direct access to Spring Street Studios and Sabine Street Studios. We parked in the Main Yard -- it's not huge so we got lucky and found a spot.

A good spot to keep your eye on to see what will be on offer next - they have an ever-changing schedule of events so it is good to check in periodically to see what is going on. Cool, open space that is made enticing with local mural art. Plenty of parking, food, and things to do nearby.

Very magical place where people definitely do a great job of expressing their love for art. I like the fact that it is a open to the public free exhibit. Definitely in a good spot for date night or just fun time with friends!

I love this place. It's just the coolest little area full of great artists and people. There's plenty of parking and and once you know the directions it's easy to find where to go. We had a great space inside for this private event which was a ton of fun with people getting together during these crazy times. Appreciate this piece of art influenced rooms and buildings in this area.
