I had a very good experience with "E" at the front desk. She was very helpful to me. Christine completed my scan and she was wonderful. Very personable and kind. I would recommend this branch.

Although the staff was kind and professional, the corporate policy of not allowing patients setting appointments for x-rays (walk-ins only), needs to be evaluated. I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for a 5 minute x-ray. I watched numerous people come and go as their imaging procedures afforded them the luxury of setting an appointment. I expected a 30 to 45 minute wait based on their walk-in policy. I traveled one hour to the facility due to my doctor's request. I don't ever plan on doing this again unless their policies change.

The staff was awesome explained everything in detail that was going to happen and why. The ladies at the front desk were very nice, not a long wait time to get in to be seen. My experience there was great.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with this center. I was referred by my dr for my 20 wk anatomy scan.First, I was rescheduled the day before my appointment because the ultrasound machine was down for maintenance. Of course, my partner and I had already requested off of work so had to change at the last minute.For our rescheduled date, I confirmed my appointment and got notification they would “see me today”, less than 30 minutes before the appointment I got a call that the machine was down and they wanted to reschedule me again. The solution offered was to reschedule me for tomorrow at a different location, obviously not the most feasible when you have two individuals that work and need to attend.At the point of the call my partner and I were already off work and on the way to the appointment. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes and told they were trying to reboot the machine. Since I was already on the way I told the staff I would be there and wait.Coincidentally when I got there the machine was working again. I did have my scan but the tech could not see the gender so now we have to cancel a planned reveal.Overall operation just seemed unorganized and strange that an imaging center, which I would assume does a fair amount of ultrasounds, would have one of their most important pieces of equipment down.I am generally understanding of business and operation but was not pleased with how the reschedules were handled. I will most likely need another ultrasound but will try another location or imaging center entirely.

The front office staff wasn’t very welcoming. The young lady that assisted me in back made up for it. She was very kind and explained everything.

Staff are super friendly and helpful.Like most places now, they give you the pre-register form that helps speed up the intake. I hadn't done the pre, so I had arrived early to fill out the form. It was shorter than I thought, so I had anticipated waiting around for a while to my appt time. Instead, the front desk person was able to alert the technician that I was ready, so I got imaged right away. I was done & out of there before my appoint time.The tech was kind enough to point out that I can either take the CD there or come back at a later date. When I came back several days later, the person covering the front desk (office manager maybe?) was friendly and helpful. We even joked about how that day was one of those days when everything goes wrong for no reason. Despite all that, she helped me get my CD right away and was cheerful throughout.

I was delighted with the attention they gave us at this imaging center but especially [ivy] wow, arriving at a place that speaks English and Spanish and that also helps you with your medical insurance is something that I really appreciate, the good attention you received. They make a good day and provide you with security. Thank you so much. I came here very happy with your service. Keep it up. Using your two languages, you make life easier for many of us who don't speak English. Thank you for helping my daughter. I value it and appreciate it. God follow you. blessing greatly

Friendly staff, easy to access location, only waited less than 10 minutes after completing paperwork for my ultrasound to be started.Very satisfied with the experience.
