For me,.sketchers have the best women work shoes, and the promotion at the time was pretty good, I paid less than $160 for two pairs, a very food deal!!! The store is always clean and organized, but... you never find a friendly face to help you, employees are polite but nothing else...

I’ve been coming to sketchers ever since I was a little kid. I love the variety of shoes and the clearance section. The employees are all so kind and helpful. The shoes that they offer are all good quality and last very long.

Your store’s staff has issues with customer relations. They should be friendly to customers and respond to their questions politely rather than with a condescending or unfriendly attitude. From the reviews I’ve seen, I’m not the only one experiencing this problem.
