Employees have high attitude to help customers. They are least bothered about the business at the store. Customers are helpless for any assistance they need. I hope they should be trained on how to treat customers and work towards providing better customer experience.Please avoid this store and probably look for near by Costco or Sam's club.

Excellent quick service walked right in Melvin greeted me as soon as I entered. He assisted me with the exact shoes I needed. I got the shoes I needed and spotted some shoes for my 3 year old . He even informed me about a discount I was due for being in uniform with HEB . He was super patient when I was having troubles unlocking my card and with my wild 3 year old. His customer service made my night . Melvin’s customer service was amazing quick , convenient and helpful. Please get Melvin a raise, I will be back soon ! Thanks Mr.Melvin you are awesome!!

We came to the store today (28.09.2025) at 6:55 PM, even though the official closing time is 7:00 PM. A young lady was still at the cashier, but instead of letting us in, she gestured with her hands that she had already finished her shift. We politely asked several times to be let in just to quickly buy something, but she ignored us and kept the door closed. This is very unprofessional and not customer-friendly at all – especially when the store is still supposed to be open.

They dont have much help on the floor. There was a female on the floor but wasn't much intrested to help. Neither asked if you need help nor smiling. Instead she looked tired or not concerned.
