Not an issue with the location itself but the organization as a whole. -7-10 days for new card delivery has become multiple months and phones calls to actually receive a card on multiple occasions -random declines on the card when out of state even with prior notice -random declines when using Apple Pay even when in state -unhelpful and disinterested member services -large increase in the number of, and cost, fees for services -cards prone to cip damage and numbers rubbing If you weren't a fan of banks to begin with, they certainly don't help

From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a pleasant smile and a helping hand. The receptionist and customer service representative were friendly and extremely helpful. They helped take away any possible stress from the purpose of my visit to the branch. I am grateful for such a caring banking team.

Ceiu was an excellent source of knowledge and made my process easy. Purchasing a new vehicle is a stressful process, especially with inflation but working with Ceiu gave me the feeling of working with family. I honestly can’t say enough about Ceiu, I appreciate her kindness and patience. Definitely an unmatched person and I hope she receives the recognition that she deserves! Smart Financial you most definitely have a great employee in Ceiu Colderon!

Like many have mentioned, it is a hassle dealing with this location. Once you actually speak to someone the service is okay but the process is as enjoyable as getting your tooth pulled at the dentist. Good luck playing the waiting game, looking at their “team members” that aren’t busy sitting in their offices staring back at you waiting in the lobby, and the receptionist URGING you to only use the virtual mechanical atms inside. Don’t recommend this location at all.

Ashland Nerocker-Thomas greeted me with a smile and invited me into her office. She was polite and professional, she worked quickly to get my issue resolved.I was in and out of her office in a timely manner.The gentlemen at the desk welcome me in,with smile as well.They bothasked how could they help me,with professionalism. What happened to this bank? Horrible customer service experience. Nobody in the bank wants to be there, both employees and customers. I hope they fix this. I use to really love this bank.

You wouldn't believe how incredibly kind and helpful the people running this location are until you step in and experience it yourself! It's a busy location for the abundant amount of trusted clientele that come back for that reason alone.
