Took my friend’s car here while she was out of town. This wasn’t my first time either being with her while getting her calibration done or having it done for her while she was on travel but it’s absolutely the best location!! Angel and O.B. are absolutely awesome. They were able to help out and correct a subcontract facility’s mistakes and they show true customer service that’s second to none! Since that visit, this is the only location we use now and they are always fantastic and their customer service is consistently amazing! Every time, they are professional and eager to do what it takes to make sure the job is done right so you don’t have any troubles. Amazing couple of guys!

It’s been twice now since having this installed in my car that my car wouldn’t start. Every call to client services is at least an hour or more wait to speak to a representative. Was also told that a tech grounded wiring incorrectly to my car. I drive a 2014 Infiniti q50 and have had nothing but electrical steering issues since having this device installed. Smart Start hasn’t been a good experience for me at all.

I have been having my Interlock device calibrated, here for years.They always have amazing customer service and put a smile on my face even when i'm having a crap day. Today I came in to have my interlock device removed.And even though I didn't have an appointment, they were kind enough to offer to squeeze me in within hours of closing. Once again, outstanding customer service! I highly recommend this location!!

Drinking and driving can't always be bad, otherwise you wouldn't have the opportunity to meet these extraordinary people at Smart Start. They can help you solve your machine installation problem and apart from the fact that they are very good people, you can interact with them and ask them any question you want. You know they are the best in Houston.

They helped me out with my ignition interlock system and were speedy with the process. If you’re looking for a clean work space area that has friendly staff with reasonable prices then this is the place to go!
