Ordered a smoothie for my daughter. She had a procedure done and can’t drink through a straw and can’t have hard food right now. The manager denied her a spoon today. Stating he wasn’t going to have enough for the customers that ordered bowls. Even if he had just a few left. What do you tell the people that ordered bowls. Do you let them place the order first then tell them you don’t have spoons. Like come on now. Seems like you were going to run out anyways. But thanks to taco cabana for giving my child a spoon.

Frustrating Experience for Hard of Hearing CustomersI recently visited this location and, as a hard of hearing customer, I found it frustrating that they only operate through the drive-thru. Not everyone can easily hear the announcements, and it would be more inclusive to have an option for walk-in pick up, similar to places like Subway or Taco Cabana. The world is diverse, and it's important for businesses to consider the needs of all customers, including those from the deaf and hard of hearing community. Hoping for more accessibility in the future.

The OWNER OF THIS LOCATION IS REALLY RUDE TO THE TEENAGE WORKERS…the whole ten mins I was in the location he was yelling at them stating they were doing everything wrong…it was was very uncomfortable to watch and I felt the bad from all the workers that was there because they all look scared and annoyed with of him…I not even a mother but the sorrrow in my heart for these young adults lead me to write a review warning you of this location…and I don’t even write review…and if the owner is reading this…whatever you are going through it’s gonna be alright…God bless you

this place is infested with roaches and it's been like that for years the owner doesn't bother spending the necessary money needed to fix the issue and on top of that i have seen them in the powders they put into the smoothies it's honestly disgusting and the owner is disgusting as well for not fixing this issue he doesn't even eat there!! so you shouldn't either !! also your mental health is not worth working here there is not professionalism here directly for the owner himself he will always show you he feels superior than anyone that works here

Came on 10/4 around 7 PM. Curly haired female employee was yelling at a male employee for not going fast enough, but he was doing completely fine. How rude and embarrassing for the male employee to be harassed in front of a customer, and very uncomfortable for me, the customer, to watch someone get yelled at. Weird to not wait for the customer to leave to provide feedback. Felt bad for him. Dude, if you're reading this, you're doing a fine job.Smoothies were great though.

The owner was rude and would not listen to anything THE CUSTOMER had to say. He just wanted us to drive away. As a veteran the treatment that I witnessed at this location was unacceptable and no customer should be talk to in the manner he was speaking.

Super slow, by the way, pulling up doesn’t speed up the pace at which you make drinks.Oh—- and fyi, asking for peoples names doesn’t personalize it, most people don’t like it and find it invasive.

I got half a açaí bowl. $13 and it's no where near the rim. I'll never go back to this location. I already hate buying it due to the expensive price, but I still do because I love them.. and I receive half.

Went this morning for the watermelon xtreme drink . Ordered a 32oz received a 20oz I asked the young lady is this the correct size she said yes but it was so small so I went back later that day to see if I was tripping and I wasn't ,but I wasn't looking for a free drink just to see of it was a big cost difference (20oz is $5 and change the 32oz $8 and change)but the strange lady in charge in the afternoon was so rude and condescending and laughing at me while I was asking the price diff I will not patronize that location again but the drink was really tasty so I'll go to the 1960 store instead.

I arrived 2 minutes before closing. The lady taking the order in the drive thru. Asked me what she could get for me. Then told that they were closed cause it was 9pm. So disappointed. Never go back again.
