Went in today. Store was empty except for worker. Sat there for 10 minutes while worker opened fruit, did other odd job but never bothered to look at us or even say that he would get our order shortly. We openly started talking about other smootie kings in the area that we might go to. No response. We walked out he didn't even try to stop us. If you want to go to a virtual store concept, use this place as the test. Worst service in awhile.

This location charges higher than other location, their system is often down so I don't get my points & happened twice use my reward & goes away from their system & they make it seem like it's my problem when they're the one swiping the points. Bad location !

I come after a workout in the mornings. This is my 2nd time in and there’s a lot of gnats everywhere. I think they should maybe start covering the fruit?

Whatever nonhuman was working the register on Thursday, December 29 at 3:10 PM. She absolutely needs to be fired. Horrid horrid human. Couldn’t say two words didn’t know anything on the menu, wouldn’t answer questions, stared at us with a dead pan stare, either she’s braindead or high not sure which. Even my 13 year old son is a appalled, and he’s a teenager for god sake’s.

Been coming here a few times never seem to get the ladie name that works there but whatever her name is she has a great attitude and awesome customer service and knows how to get her customers through the day. I love coming here even when she’s by herself she still gets things done in a jiffy.

I have at least one Smoothie King smoothie a day, and should probably be ashamed to admit that this has been the case for almost a decade. There is no SK in Houston that has been left unturned, i've trie them all. This location has the kindest employees - they are on TOP of every mobile order - i have never arrived and had to wait for even a minute. Smoothies always taste A) consistent (at some locations an Angel Food on Monday can taste like a Banana Boat on Wednesday, depending on who makes it/ how strict adherence to the ingredients/directions are?) and B) amazing.Never out of ingredients, like so many other locations seem to be....permanently.Clean, nice set-up. Easy to get to.Everything is just WONDERFUL.

Decent pricing and yummy smoothies. Staff needs more training as redeeming rewards and ordering is a struggle usually but they're generally friendly.

I don’t usually have issues with this location, but today there was only one attendant and they were backed up with online orders as well as in store orders, store should have more than 1 attendant specially during lunch hour

I drove out here for a smoothie with 2 subsitions, and the "manager" told me they couldn't make my order. I've gotten the same exact order from this same exact location not even a week ago, and every other Smoothie King location I've been to has done this order for me. I don't know what's up with this location, but I will not be coming back. Very poor customer service.

Awesome smoothie and even better customer service. I left my wallet at home by mistake and they gave me one on the house!
