I've been a Blue Nile customer for over 15 years, dating back to when they were exclusively online. It's exciting to see their new physical store in our city! The service was exceptional—the salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. My husband and I came to the store today and opened the door to the store 5 minutes before 6pm when the mall closes at 7. I asked the girl at the door if they were still open and she didn’t acknowledge me, turned her head and motioned to another employee. After waiting for a response, I asked her a second time and the other employee was visibly annoyed and rolling his eyes. She finally responded and asked what I was looking for and I told her bracelets and that we were just looking. She gave us more hesitation and then finally said it was okay to come in. At that point, I already wanted to walk out and the other employee completely ignored us as we walked past him. Nobody told us where the bracelets were that I had said I was looking for and I finally asked if they sold bracelets. The girl at the door pointed them out to us but we just ended up leaving. This is extremely disappointing especially because we have shopped here before and had a great experience with another employee in the past.

We spent time with Michael Tripp who was extremely helpful and courteous in educating us about the process. Michael did his best to help us find what we wanted, and even though we weren’t able to find our specific ring, he helped us locate a place that could help us.
We plan to return to work with Michael on future purchases due to his honesty and helpfulness.

We had a wonderful experience at the Blue Nile showroom at the Galleria. I made an appointment online and I was able to get in the same day. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly. They asked for our names and even though we were 30 minutes early they were able to accommodate us. Michael helped us and he was incredible. Kind, polite, warm and funny. He took the time to explain the 4cs (really important when picking a diamond) and helped my husband and I pick rings for our vow renewal within our budget. There was no pressure to buy something more expensive. He genuinely cared about what we wanted. They have limited in-store options as their inventory is mostly online so Michael ordered both our rings and they arrived at our house as expected, just 5 business days later! We are thrilled with our rings and I highly recommend you visit Blue Nile and ask for Michael :)

My experience with Khari was such a relief. Losing your ring is such a pit of the stomach discomfort that the last thing you want to do is start over rying to find your perfect ring again. However, Khari made the whole process smooth, enjoyable, informational and fun. I never felt rushed or pushed into something I didnt want. I want to thank her for her time and patience with me.

Me and my fiancé are long distance between Jordan and America. We decide short notice to get married in Jordan. I choose Blue Nile from hearing on podcast and went into the show room and Michelle Kim was there to help a diamond newbie like me pick out the most beautiful ring. Within 2 weeks she was able to get my ring made and made sure to call and communicate each step of the process. I really felt like I was shopping with a friend and had fun getting pick out my ring. She educated me on the insurance plans offered and was able to answer every question. Michelle Kim thank you thank you thank you. She made me feel beautiful and special for this huge life event and got it all done so quickly. I cannot recommend her enough at Blue Nile enough! Much love from Jordan!

I started my transaction by browsing Blue Nile's inventory online and very easily transitioned to working with Vanessa in the Galleria showroom. She was able to help me finalize choices for a stone and setting, as well as recommending matching wedding bands.
I was a bit uneasy about purchasing a ring I haven't yet seen, but unless something gets mixed up I can't imagine my review will change.

I had the most satisfying experience at Blue Nile because of the great diamonds but even more so because of the great service. Khari Allen was exceptionally knowledgeable and showed the most impressive professionalism and helpfulness. When I picked up my purchase Michelle Kim again provided professional and helpful service. If you are going to buy a gift, Nikko is a great person to help you through it! She really helped us with our wedding rings. She was very patient as we tried everything on and she suggested several options that fit our budget. We feel very happy because we will have beautiful rings for our wedding!

Michelle Kim was very down to earth, listened and remembered what I said. Was attentive and not pushy. She was a pleasure to purchase from. I've had so many other jewelry store experience where the sales person is personally motivated to "get the sale" as apposed to helping ME get my needs met. Michelle Kim was attentive to ME. She even asked if I had eaten as I was traveling through and it was nearing dinner time. It was a welcome surprise and her suggestion for what kind of food I wanted was perfect. I would have succumb to the food court if not for her excellent suggestion. My heart and body were greatful and I can't recommend her enough. Go in and see for yourself!

I was in the market for some platinum jewelry for myself and my wife. Our usual jeweler seemed to not really have the pieces I was looking for, and the prices seemed quite a bit above typical market value. After looking around, I realized Blue Nile finally had a B&M in the Houston Galleria. We worked with Michelle on acquiring a few pieces, and the prices vs quality seemed quite reasonable and more in line with market pricing. There was no uncomfortable pressure or unsavory sales tactics. The overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable, and I would plan on working with Michelle again for future purchases. I highly recommend working with her should you visit the store in person.
