I placed an order for only two bras online yesterday to pick up at the Town and Country location today. Got an email confirming my order. Waited until like 2pm today and called and was told they would probably have it done in and hour. Called back again at 5:15 after no email and they are closing at 6, and the woman who answered just really didn’t care. Said it won’t get done. I asked her if she could check for me cause I really needed them today and she just said no. Worst customer service. I normally wouldn’t say anything if this was the first time or if they really tried to help but ultimately couldn’t, but this was just pure and simple too lazy and “I don’t care.” The store is tiny. This shouldn’t be this hard. Won’t be returning.

My mom and I had THE best experience today at Soma thanks to Beverly and Mia. Beverly is the measuring magician and Mia will help you with all things undies and getting your account sorted to get discounts and points. Will definitely be going back frequently if these ladies are still there. If wine was being served, we would have never left! Do yourself a favor and go in there. You need a new measurement and a new bra.

There is lack of costumer service. We were treated differently from other women who were there shopping. I believe her name is Nkyra (thats what the receipt says since she checked us out 8/4/23 7pm). To start when we asked for a size she said “we usually don’t carry that size” and refuse to check until another sales associate, younger girl with short black hair and glasses, came and helped us. However, two other women came in and she was all helpful to them. We were choosing some items from a drawer and she came with the other customers and said “the item is here but we have to wait until they move” once we did, she slammed the drawer. When we were ready to check out we asked the short black hair associate to check us out, however Nkyra told her to go do something else and while she was checking us out, she was slamming our items, something that she didn’t do to the other customers. She didn’t even wrapped our items in the bag like Soma always does, she threw everything in the bag. It almost felt like we were racially profiled.

Customer service needs improvement. Long line to checkout and sales professionals not helpful. I will choose a different location next time.

Customer service was lacking. Bra fit was done incorrectly. I was told 40-42 DDD...in actually I am a 38 DDD. Informed they would be closing in 10 minutes with no intent to try on a bra or shop.

The store is uncomfortably small. There is so much packed in to such a small space it gives me anxiety trying to move around, especially when other people are shopping. Most of the sales assistants will bend over backwards to help you and make sure you're happy, another one will ignore you unless she knows you're going to make a large purchase. I still prefer this location over the one in the mall. The bras here are awesome and they actually fit you correctly.

Good quality merchandise, if you can find someone to order the correct size and if you can reach someone in customer service by phone, and if you do not mail in your return! Had their customer service been better they would have gotten five stars. I went in a little over a week ago and spent approximately $250. They didn't have everything I wanted so the store associate placed an order. She ordered the bra the wrong size even though she had one in front of her the correct size. She ordered a robe and I still have not received an order confirmation on it even though I paid for it. I called the store manager and she was of no help, saying only customer service could help me. After several attempts to reach customer service and being on hold over 20 minutes I finally reached someone who told me the robe was back ordered yet I was never notified. The bra I returned, she said, would take up to 30 days to receive and process. Holy cow! They will receive it within 7 days from USPS and it takes them another 3 weeks to process? So, while they have over $100 of my money I wait. I have nothing to show for it. This is so disappointing of this company but I've decided I will never order anything from them again. If they don't have it in the store they've lost my business. Actually, I think there are stores that are more deserving of my business because they can actually handle the customer service aspect in a timely manner. 30 days to wait for an exchange or refund is unacceptable from any company in this day and age.Update: 14 minutes after receiving Soma's response I called and have been on hold 15 minutes. To the person who responded to my Google review: I called the day I wrote the review and gave you the opportunity to make it right. You did not. Your CSR already learned of my experience. There is nothing further to learn.

Walked in to this location to pick out a nice robe. Walked in and the lady behind counter didn't even speak! Like $90 for a robe and you can't say hi or how are you today?? I rather spend money at a different location.

I was there today they are very friendly I will always go there for bras and underwear I'm 6 feet tall so I can't wear their PJs
