I had a great shopping experience at this location in Houston. Siobhan, the store manager, gave me such great advice on what items to buy. Noritza was so patient and kind with me as I made my final purchase. Thank you ladies for your help. I'll visit again soon.

I came in on 4/15/24 to exchange and online order. Giselle helped me find 2 alternatives to my lack of size in the store. There was an older black woman who works there but she was trying on pajamas… she half spoke. Helped another customer that came in after me and was very courteous to her. While I was finishing up in the dressing room, Giselle was working on a phone order, so I strolled around the store patiently. Then a female and her teen came in with an exchange or return and instead of waiting patiently that made snarky comments about having to wait. The black sales rep then kept apologizing to only them about the inconvenience of having to wait while disregarding me. She even called one is the other stores for assistance to ease their mind about waiting. I was so confused because I’m a woman of color myself. When Giselle was finally free she asked who was next because the other customer tried to insert herself in front of me. Giselle handled me instead, but failed to acknowledge that I was there first waiting on her. All this just to say, regardless on race on what I threw on to make this exchange, I should’ve neverFelt less important than any other customer that entered into that store. In the end, I’m the one who drove off in the luxury car and may have been willing to spend more if the black sales rep also made me feel welcome as I entered the establishment. Y’all have to do better.

Jessica was so good at sizing me. I haven't purchased a usable bra in over 8 years and I had no idea what to expect. She measured me accurately on the first try. The whole staff was very kind to not only me but my husband and daughter as well. The bras she chose were on sale, also, which was very considerate. I was in and out so fast. I'm recommending this shop to everyone.

Ashley went above and beyond to assist me during my hour visit. Not only was she sweet and helpful, but also informative, patient and had me feeling so confident in my new finds. Thankful for her and would visit this location again just to work with her!

Loved the sales associate! She was so helpful and sweet! Will definitely be returning. Soma does now have its own store front next to Chicos. Great variety of items.

Bianca was so very helpful and patient! I was at the store for 1.5 hours and never felt rushed. Bianca brought me several bras and panties until I found the perfect style, color and fit. Great experience and service.

Went to buy my wife PJs for Christmas. 4 employees there. No hello or any offer of help. Waited around about 10 minutes then left. Going to a different location or online.
