Avoid this Sonic at all costs. Every time I decide to stop in here, I regret it. Speaker box broken, fryer broken, ice cream machine broken. I waited 20 min today to give my order at the window, for them to tell me they had just refilled the ice cream machine and I’d have to wait longer. They’re just ridiculous. And once you’re in the drive thru, you’re stuck there, no exits available.

Wouldn’t leave a single star if possible. The cashier was impatient with us while ordering and spoke very rudely. We ordered a grape slush with nerds. When we checked the drink it was white colored with no nerds added at all. I politely brought it to the cashier attention and we were met with a cold stare and told to mix it up but he took it back and “fixed it”. Wouldn’t be surprised if this location was next to shut down. DM or someone from corporate needs to pay this location a visit. I tried to do a survey but the site doesn't work - so here I am. I just stop through to get a fast bite and why did I do that? The corndog was old - bread was tough, the medium chili cheese tots looked like a small - the tots tasted like old grease - I didn't even eat it - took 1 bite of the dog and 2 of the tots and said nawh I can't so that was a waste of my money - but I do know I won't be back - and I went early so things should have been fresh - thumbs down

Went through the drive through. It took so long. Did not get my burger the way I ordered it. Also asked for to strawberry cream slushes and there was hardly any ice cream in them.

Came here to order some food at 10pm and drove into the car port and was IGNORED couldn’t even answer to tell me they are taking only drive thru orders , matter of fact answered the next drive thru guy before they could even try to take my order after 5 mins of just waiting I decided to leave , if it’s this bad when it’s only 3-4 people I could imagine how they act when it’s busy , I have never been so dissatisfied by a sonic and I feel I am owed for wasting my time !

I was made to wait an hour for an order through the app. When I finally walked up to get my order the manager and person inside where just standing around gabbing and when I finally got my food it was cold the the two women were laughing at me and then started using Anti-semantic slurs to me. (I'm Jewish and wear a star David)

I was told to come to the front door after ordering online was not great because all the other sonics bring the food to you at the speaker box but it would not alow me to arive in the app so i go to the door and these 2 the spanish guy and the black dude in the back I was waving at them and they just ignored me when I waved to them the Spanish dude just flung his arm and ignored the black dude thought it was cute doing a little dance and also ignored me finally the lady that told me to come to the front door finally came 5 minuits later and it took them 10 minuits to make my food definitely the worst sonic I've ever been to never coming back here. again the food was not hot so it either sat there or they did not make it fresh total of 15 minuit wait before i got my food .... the adress of this location is 5195 w 34th st, houston, tx 77092

Absolutely ridiculous, employees refused to take my order after I pulled up to the window because no one responded to my calls at the speaker ?. Assuming it was broken after multiple call outs, and a long pause I pulled up to the window to place my order as I was already holding up the line. No one even tried to take my order, and the person who appeared to be their manager claimed they don't take orders at the window because they're really busy and it was during a coney special. Like for real? Don't waste your time or money here people, cause they have no problem wasting yours. ?

Don't go to this Sonic. They are incredibly slow (20+ minute wait times with 2-3 other vehicles in the drive-thru/stalls), they get the order wrong 99% of the time, and they're also super, super rude. Don't expect any help from Sonic support, either. It sucks, because I really love their chicken slingers.
