Very unsatisfied with my visit. I waited at the stall for over 5 min and no response from staff to take my order. I decided to go through the drive through to place my order. Which took a very long time to get my food. Our burgers were not as I ordered and the buns were stale and clearly old. My onion rings were soggy and fried in old grease along with the popcorn chicken. We could not even eat our food as it looked so disgusting! I will no longer go to Sonic as this was not the first time I received poor service and poor food and it’s too expensive for what you get.

This place must be run by some 10 year old kids. They don't even know the difference between lemonade and limeade. Plus each trip (we make several trips there, but we expect low service) is an adventure in its self. It seems like it wouldn't be some sort of adventure in getting a lemonade and a diet coke, but they never fail to amuse me that they can't even do simple math to give us proper change.

This Sonic is the closest to my home, so it's the one we usually go to - maybe 3-4 times a year. I ordered a Coke Zero with Raspberry earlier this week and when I opened the drink to munch on some ice, I found two dead gnats (pictured). My food is always hot, though it often takes quite a while to be made. The service quality varies - sometimes the person on the comms is friendly and actively listening; other times it's someone whose responses are delayed and unintelligible. For example, the person I ordered my drink from last week tried to tell me they "don't serve Diet Cherry" (despite its presence on the menu) and only offer Cherry Limeade mix-ins - hence me ordering Raspberry.

They need to do better quality checks on their food and orders. It would help them get things right IF their speaker/mic worked better.However, they are very willing to make things right.Things they have gotten wrong, extra condiments that were specifically asked for it NOT to be on the food, lack of onions when they were asked for, forgetting ketchup for the tots, and lastly not putting lids on right causing me to wear my drink.I will state again that they are pleasant and very willing to fix things.

We went in and ordered 2 cheeseburgers, extra jalepenos and tator tot. The burgers were the worst we have ever had at a restaurant. The buns were dried out and HARD. The extra jalepenoes turned out to be 2 on each burger. What we did get was Extra Pickles, and I mean EXTRA and enough mustard for a half dozen of burgers. It was oozing out the sides. Needless to say not very edible meal. At least the tator tots were good.

I went there today and I pressed the button on the screen to order my food and the lady comes across the intercom and says she’ll get my order in a minute. I didn’t hear her say this the first time so I went ahead and told her what I wanted and as rude as rude could be she comes back across and say I said I’ll order your food in a minute. Then I ordered my food and she repeated the number 4 times to me. And still got some of my order wrong. First off why would you come across the intercom if you’re not ready to order my food and they weren’t even that busy.

Had problems with drive through speaker. Finally ordered face to face at window. Did not get the order correct (only received about half of the order) and had to get them to correct the order. 3 stars is giving them the benefit of a doubt.

Twice we have to drive off to Sonic in Fairmont Pkwy because employees are never trying to take orders 1 hour before closing. They do not take ice cream orders after 10pm.

The drive in stalls were closed 45 minutes before close and then they only take cash in the drive through for the second night in a row because the reader is broken. Literally forcing me not to buy from you lol
