Looking for a new car has always been something I hated due to past experiences. Steve, Aaliyah, and Chang were absolutely outstanding. They treated me like a family member and I was able to have the entire process completed quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and looking forward to seeing them again for my first service. Dillon is the man! I arrived promptly for my appointment, and Dillon, who was both friendly and welcoming, efficiently checked me in and engaged in pleasant conversation. Afterward, I headed next door to Pappasitos to enjoy a couple of beers. I appreciated that they kept me informed via text when my car service was completed. Overall, it was a delightful experience. This is a really good dealership and isn't so gigantic that you feel like a number.

Jonathan was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable about his product line. He showed us all of the options that we had within the Palisade line. My wife really liked his informative sales style rather than a typical salesperson style.The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic from the managers to the finance department. We will be recommending Steele Hyundai as a great place to do business. We have not used the service department so I will post our experience with them once we go for our first oil change.We love our new ride.

My experience at Hyundai was amazing thanks to my salesman Tre Guerra! He provided nothing but superb customer service! He made sure to explain everything thoroughly, so there was no confusion on my end and did his best in every moment to get me the best deal possible for my new 2024 Elantra! Special thanks to Darius and Claude as well. Darius for assisting with the process along the way and making sure my gas tank was on FULL before leaving the dealership. Lastly, Claude for taking further measures to seal the deal for me ensuring I left the building satisfied and happy with my new vehicle! I will definitely be sending over anyone I know that needs a new car! Be sure to ask for Tre when you arrive!

I recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Kona from Steele Hyundai and everyone from the salesman to the finance department was the GREATEST!!! I spent 1 hour choosing what I wanted and 15 minutes in the finance department doing the paperwork. I have never felt more comfortable and valued than I ever have before,,, Please keep up this standard of professionalism!!!

Recently came to this location to have my wiper arms replaced after someone vandalized them. I was nervous about using this location since I normally North Freeway Hyundai, and have gotten used to great service from them, but I was not disappointed with this Steele South Loop. Overall very pleased, but there is room for growth.Area for growth: the service desk was a little confusing to work with, but very polite and kind. One lady I spoke with on a Thursday was able to schedule me in very quickly for the following Tuesday, but didn't advise me to check with parts to make sure the wiper arms I needed were in stock. In fact, she said this appointment would be for them to diagnose my issue, but what's there to diagnose? I said the metal of the wiper arms was bent with some kind of tool. I needed a replacement, ASAP, plain and simple. Non-functional wipers in a rainy city like Houston is a pretty catastrophic issue, so, taking more than one appointment to replace something so crucial is not smart. On a hunch, and wanting to consolidate my number of visits, I called parts the next day, Friday, and sure enough they needed to order the arms. Thankfully, a gentleman (whose name I didn't catch, but he works evenings and was great) ordered them for me and said they'd be in possibly by that following Tuesday when my appointment was scheduled, or Wednesday at the latest. This is to say, I'm glad I trusted my gut and called parts, so the part would potentially be in by my appointment.What was great: Again, the parts guy who ordered my wiper arms on a Friday evening was great. Nick was the person who ended up seeing to my car on the Tuesday morning of my appointment, and he was very kind and sympathetic about my situation. Having your car vandalized can be demoralizing, so his personable reaction was appreciated. The wiper arms weren't in yet, but he was confident they would be in the next day, Wednesday, so in the meantime they performed regular maintenance on my car. I went home after my Tuesday appointment, and called around lunch time the next day, Wednesday, and the part was in, so I drove down to the dealership and they installed it in no time.

Overall, the maintenance experience was positive positive. However, I would not depend on any shuttle service. This is the second time I’ve had to pay for my own transportation. Nicholas was a great advisor. He was able to find a coupon to help compensate for me having to pay for transportation. As long as you’re not in a rush, this location works

It’s my first visit to Steele South Loop Hyundai Service department. The staff quickly greeted me and informed me who my advisor was. Armando was attentive and explained in detail what service my car would receive. The waiting area is comfortable and offers free coffee. (Fancy coffee machine.) I decided to leave my vehicle. It was easy to reach out to Armando directly via text. I would use their services again. *easy online booking!

We took our car there on Tuesday and they can not tell me what's wrong with it. The manager David has gotten the worst attitude ever. Does not even call you back when he tells you. When you finally talk to him, he has every excuse he can come up with, always busy having someone in front of him. Still can't tell what's going on with the car. I will never take my car back there or recommend anyone to go there for repairs or even buy a car. I will stick with where I bought my car from. it might be far from my home, but at least they call you back and never give customers the run around. Bad service. Sad that David is a manager with bad customer service. I work in customer service. If I talk to people the way he talked to me the past 3 days, I would have gotten in a lot of trouble. This place is the worst I ever had to deal with.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Zero communication, I had to call them repeatedly for anything to get done. Took them an entire month to do a simple replacement of an oxygen sensor that is under warranty.When they finally finished the repair, the car immediately experienced issues with starting. The battery is fully charged but will only start if it is jumped. When my wife first experienced the issue, an hour after picking up the car, she was stranded in a parking lot. I called the dealership and was promised that a third party tow truck company would reach out to me to get the car picked up and back to the dealership. I was never contacted by anyone again and all they did was repeatedly send me surveys for a review of their service.This was a nightmare experience in every sense. Communication was nonexistent, no response to text messages or phone messages. I got an angry call from Mark when I gave them poor scores on a survey, that was the only time they reached out to me. We had to call the corporate office to finally get an appointment scheduled to install the sensor that had been delivered a week earlier.I will never be returning to this useless service department. Made the car worse than when we brought it in and they have the worst communication you can imagine.We love our Hyundai and are disappointed that we can’t get adequate service at our local dealership.
