After about 3 months of back-and-forth phone calls, they finally procured some brick samples for me, but only after I demanded to speak with the manager. I decided to place an order with them after the manager assured me that I wouldn't have the same experience moving forward. I decided to trust her and placed an order with them. I was told the order would arrive in about 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, I decided to call and check on the status of my order. I was then told that the order was never placed. The lack of professionalism and lack of motivation is embarrassing. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere because all you'll receive here are endless apologies and empty promises...not bricks.
Another laughable moment was when the manager, after finding out that the brick order hadn't been placed, tried to convince me that my experience was unique. Girl, one glance at the reviews lets me know that my situation is in fact not unique.

Worst business experience with them.
They lie to me that they will return the left over bricks but when I went back they simply refused to take it back even the Manager was not resolving the issue. She was not supporting her own employee’s statement.
This is not a company to whom I would deal again. Worst experience.

I believe the worst company ever to be unloaded at.. Lost 5h waiting, they unload people that came after me, and even middle of unloading my truck they go to load the theirs...
Lost 2 new loads today because of them, really bed management from office people.. Not to mention forklift driver... BIG BIG 0 for this place

Great customer service. Rigo helped me match the color of my brick and went out to check the back multiple times and was polite every time. Told me they only sell in quantity’s of 100 but I only needed 20. I asked for an exception and he helped me and sold me the 20 I needed.

Very quick on the unloading , unloaders are professional and Quick Look’s like a couple of trucks can park out front of building

I've needed random brick for various projects I've worked on and south texas brick and stone has always been helpful and willing to search for the exact brick I needed. Even when it's for a smaller order for repairs. I appreciate their time and effort! Highly recommend.
