These guys are good and fair. I had a mysterious stink in my car and tried everything to get it out: sprays, vacuuming, scrubbing it with cleaner, car smell bombs, etc but nothing worked. These guys figured out the problem, fixed it, and the smell hasn't come back (it's been about 3 months).
If you want to know, the car smell issue was something I never would have thought of and will try to explain as best I can. Leaves, dirt, and gunk had gotten into my rainwater drainage intake on the outside of the car between the hood and the windshield, clogging it. This caused the rainwater to overflow, going into the air intake. There was a little pan in the bottom of the car to catch the condensation from the AC, but that was never meant to hold a bunch of rainwater so it quickly overflowed. There was so much mold under the floor of the car that they had to rip it all out, clean it and let the rest air dry for over a week before they were sure it was all gone.

I go this place because it's near my place. Every time it's takes so long time. Last time I been there for check engine light came up and they said I need to change the catalytic converter. It's okay with that so I told them after fix it please do inspect and oil change. Every thing look find but a few days ago my engine light came back with a new problem. I check with my OBD it's said low oil level! I checked and guess what... IT'S HAS NO OIL IN MY ENGINE AT ALL!!! So I need to go to buy engine oil and fill it my self. That's mean I drive my car without engine oil for days!
I wait and not post this review after I saw it suddenly because I want to make sure that's no leak or anything after I fill it in the good level and now it's still in the good level. And now my oil pressure sensors are blow away and don't know what else broken yet

I was very disappointed. I was not told about diagnosis charge. I paid $169.99. I would request everyone to ask about if there is charges upfront or not. I have used their service for very long time.
But today was total disappointment.

Called for estimate on oil change and tire rotation. I stated it used synthetic oil. Gabe said oil change with taxes would be about $88. He never answered about tire rotation. (A competitor said less than $30 for their rotation.) Gabe said there is a free car wash also. So dropped my car off. Courtesy ride to/from. When I paid Kerry stated the rotation was no charge. I asked again to be sure I heard right. He said he “sometimes” doesn’t charge. I pointed out the car was NOT washed. So I waited while this was done. I declined the a/c cabin filter replacement due to cost - but they failed to properly reinstall the glove box back in when putting the cabin filter back in. Kerry kept trying to slam it shut but I pointed out it was fine before they took it apart. So again waited for that - which YouTube shows how simple it was. Well my “about” $88 oil change was $120! Seems that free rotation and free car wash cost me $32.
I did get my AAA discount which lowered the $120 by $11. So the $32 becomes $29. Gee 1st impressions cost me!
