I work for a business that I have to place whole sell orders from sometimes and idk if it’s because I’m calling from a business but everytime they take my order they are always so rude. I brushed it off the other times but this last call I made was ridiculous. Had an attitude the whole time then at the end asked me if there was anything else I said no and then she just hung up. I thought maybe the call dropped so I called back and she said “you said you didn’t need anything else” like didn’t want to give me a time frame or tell me it was placed or anything. It’s not that big of a deal but good customer service and just basic human decency will get you a lot further in life.

They have a wide variety of liquor and cigars! The only thing I don't like about this store is that they watch you like a hawk. It makes me uncomfortable! I know it's not their fault but come on, put a person at the door and install cameras if theft is that bad!

Start off saying great store n staff except today, while paying in line. Individual checks out so I hop next in line .the lady which I find out later is manager very rude.jumps on her phone .she doesn't look up, said she'll take you over there wait a while then said o.k I'll take u after waiting with customers behind me.i told lady behind me go next because she was rude, poor professional customers service skills. Vicky said I busy because she didn't like my comment. Just because your a manager doesn't mean you can treat customers like where beneath your level. Specs need retrain Mrs. Vicky better customers service skills.
