A great little shop! Everyone was really friendly and knowledgeable. They offer to help in an easy approachable way rather than pushy. One team member named Lezz, I believe, helped me out in finding some bourbon and tuned me into the site getting some of the rare stuff from time to time. Not my local but its worth the trip from time to time

I called multiple times to get someone on the phone. The times I called earlier they kept putting me on hold or hanging up on me (someone would say hi, pause and click). I finally called back to back like 6 times and go and behold someone decided to ask why I was calling, didn't even answer Hello this is SPECs... I HAD TO ASK if I had the right number cause the way they answered made it seem like I called someone's personal phone. Based of pure customer services I would give zero stars.

Ms. Dee Dee should teach customer service everywhere. She is a Breathe of fresh air. I have never seen her not in a good mood. I wish I could buy that personality. Crystal was great also. Great job ladies. I will be back soon!

Today 2pm Me and my buddy from out of town wanted to celebrate on his arrival,, came here ,, the Hispanic lady was a great help,helping us find what we needed,, but at the register there were 4 women there not so friendly having a conversation I wasn't so fund of hearing while I checked out we got our things n quickly left,, westhiemer and Kirkwood for sure next time
