Lupita and Mariela were super friendly and helpful. Tammie and Abbey made everything quick and easy. Rey and Nellie were really professional and made the whole process smooth. Slowest service ever! Went to pick up a few wines for my husband's work. Had to use wholesale corporate account to purchase. The person had NO IDEA what to do. Took 15min just to check out. Gave her 4 $5 bills and exact change. She brings us back the change and $1 and $5 back to us?!?! Had to use a calculator and still couldn't figure it out. It was ridiculous. I understand if you're a new employee, which I'm assuming, but 1. Say you're new and it might take a bit. 2. Ask for help if you're unsure how to do something. 3. Don't put new people on corporate accounts alone until they can do the job correctly. 4. Please train people how to count back change without a register or calculator. The last point is for ANYONE that has to take money from people. Companies need to train people how to count back change without help from machines. It's not rocket science. I learned at my first job when I was 14yrs old Ridiculous!
