They used to be real friendly in there. The Spanish checker had way too sour of an attitude for a liquor store. If they're going to wear those obnoxious google-eye eyeglasses they could at least be friendly. Specs is supposed to be the place where the party starts here. Thanks.

I just told the whole crew in this location that of the 4 locations in this general area, this location is the friendliest by a landslide. Chasidy (I’m probably saying that wrong) is usually my cashier and she’s always friendly and helpful. There is a floor associate that’s always on the aisle when I need reminded where my bottle is. I know it’s a retail job, but if all stores were staffed with associates like this crew, brick and mortar wouldn’t be suffering as much. Thank you Specs, for always creating a pleasant in-person shopping experience.

Thanks to the manager/assistant manager at this SPECs. I had an opened bottle from a door dasher and she helped me over the phone and let me replace it. DoorDash wouldn’t credit me for my order and I was not going to drink a bottle that was tampered with and had alcohol missing from it. She didn’t have to replace my bottle due to door dash not refunding my order but in a world with a lot of accidental overdoses I’m grateful they came through to let me replace my bottle for a new one.

This specs is pretty tragic. You wouldn't think it was part of a chain of over 200 stores. This place was built in the 1960s maybe, and never changed. The floors, ceilings and walls are so bad I felt sorry for the employees. Yet it's convenient, there's some surprising finds and always many employees to help. They always have a lot of staff which is strange bc it's never busy. Maybe cut back on the staff and fix the interior of the building to make it seem clean and somewhere you want to shop? Just a thought...
