I purchased a large bottle of don Julio I noticed that the plastic was loose in the top when I purchased but didn’t think much of it. I’m pretty sure I didn’t get what I purchased and for $100 I’m disappointed. I will say I drink don more often then I should so I’m familiar with the taste and how I feel after I drink it. I’m pretty sure they did something which is very frustrating. I lost out but I would encourage people to check their bottles.

I haven't gone to Specs in years now. But I had to go for work last week. They were completely helpful! Not a bad store, they're just limited verses Total Wine. Still 5 star but not the best liquor store in the area.

Horrible customer service. DO NOt order curb side pick up. I parked , texted this number here. And no one took my stuff out like the text said they would be. I waited 17 min and finally went in. The older female cashier said she got confused and thought I was going in for it. If you guys offer this service, then act like it. If no one has the intention to go out there and deliver to the car then DO NOt pretend to offer this service. My order was wrong and incomplete. I’m gonna have to go to total wine to get this order fixed

Not their fault the power has been out off and on but they are selling spoiled wine. I purchased a box of Sauvignon Blanc a few days ago and it poured out brown and the taste a first sip was gross!
When I returned the spoiled wine, I purchased a box of pinto Grigio, a bottle of SB, and some vodka when I returned the spoiled box of wine only to get another. The bottle of SV and Vodka were golden, but the boxed wine. SPOILED! Never say never but when it comes to wine, I’ll NEVER buy from here again!
