Did not get to partake in the savings for my products I purchased because Raven the cashier did not want make an effort to sign me up for the Specs Key Club . Instead she would rather call Drew from the back to do her job . Drew was great even though I was not able to partake in the savings for product.

I'm a non-drinker. I only come here for snacks and instacart occasionally but every time I come here the same person makes it a great experience. Raveen Is an absolute sweetheart. I appreciate you being so sweet to me and my girls every time!

The gentleman Eric has really helped me many times to find what I want and if it's not available then the perfect substitute. He knows his stuff and really makes this location worth passing by at least 2 other locations because I know I will be taken care of here. He's got my vote for a raise.

I had no idea that the service was free at this establishment or that alcohol was free , At the time of paying, the cashier was totally indifferent assumes without asking that you do not have a membership, and with absolute rudeness she also assumed that a bag was not necessary to pack what I had acquired, I had to ask for it and he looked upset. Definitely unacceptable.

Decent selection of alcohol in stock. The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful, I've frequently had them check their distributor or other stores to see if something is available. They also have a great wealth of knowledge in general but also in special areas such as wines, spirits, etc. frequently I have also encountered different distilleries or distributor reps talking about their brands while providing samples. It isn't the widest selection of booze but in the areas along with prices and employees I am always willing to stop by if I am looking to purchase some rum or tequila. :?

Have been going to specs for years. But the Gen Z employees need to understand what customer service is about. Just had the most rude experience. Focus more on the customer than your nose ring and tattoos.

Horrible curbside service. Twice I have had to go inside and ask for my order. No one checks when you text them that you are "here" as the sign mentions. Do better!

Spec:s were there's a beverage for everyone. Service was fast and friendly! Store was very clean and nice lighting through out the store. I would highly recommend Spec's. I give A 5 STAR RATING.
