Spec's Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods is a locally owned beverage superstore with an extensive, well-rounded selection of wines, liquors, beers, gourmet foods, and accessories. It is known for great customer service, with friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable associates who provide fast assistance. The store is always well stocked. However, at times there can be long checkout lines with only one cashier, while other associates are present. The service is frequently described as above and beyond, with staff offering knowledgeable suggestions and even helping to load purchases.
I had a great experience last week with Paul. He gave Exceptional service in wines (I’d asked about American Cabs) and suggested Italians and French as well!!!! We love them all! Kudos to Paul - I enjoyed our visit! Looking forward to his next suggestions!!!!
