Great establishment! Very professional and helpful staff. Claudia is the absolute best! She was very patient, supportive, and detailed! I went in to cash a work check, as I usually do. The teller took the check and did whatever they do for a few minutes before calling over her manager. They spoke in Spanish about whatever and then the manager stepped in to try her own thing. Nothing was communicated to me about my check for 10 minutes until I asked what the problem was and they replied they don't know and told me I'd have to go to a bank, handing my check and calling the next customer.

5 stars for GLORIA ! She was absolutely amazing and kind and sweet and understanding. Claudia was horrible. Nasty attitude. No type of customer service training. Doesn’t explain and seems nonchalant. I was furious with the outcome talking to Claudia and when I stormed back inside to demand why I was denied I decided to go to Gloria who not only listened to my concerns with genuine understanding but actually went out of her way and fixed the problem and was able to get me the funds I needed. When I say if it wasn’t for her my anger would have only grew. Thank you so much Gloria you truly are an amazing person and employee !

The staff is very friendly and helped me in my time of need. My credit is not good and I was still able to get approved for $600 on a payday loan. Anyone needing help should definitely consider coming here. Ask for Gloria or Faustina.

Estella noticed my concern, she educated, share ways I could pay this back faster, and I much appreciated her candor.Speedy Cash is a great way to get cash in a hurry. I'd suggest having everything you need to submit your request. Also, you have a higher change of approval, showing up in person.
