I'd be the first to admit this location is very neat and clean. What I do not like is that the larger dryers have had out of order signs on them since I started going a few months ago, so they can't be used ever. There's never enough of the baskets to carry your laundry from the washers, dryers, and to the table. I've been there in the beginning, and there were quite a few of them, but not in the evenings. On one of my trips there, I lost my card after washing and had to buy another card, and because I'd registered the 1st one, the funds were supposed to been transferred to my new card. I didn't have any problems with it on my last trip there a few weeks ago. Today I get a text saying the dryer is finished, but my new card is with me at home. So I try to check my balance twice, and it said enter a valid card number. I'm livid because I keep enough money on it, just in case and I'm not putting funds on it just to wash that day. I can only email or fill out the contact us form. Will respond as soon as possible, it said. I'm very confused because the add cash machine charged a couple of $ but was supposed to have canceled the 1st card. I really need to know why the new card # said not a valid number?

No change have to use your debit card ever have to put a minimum balance on their card no ATM no baskets inside so I hope you don't have a lot of clothes cuz you're going to be carrying them and the one worker that does work here she don't care there's two baskets total in this entire place and she's using one of them 10 out of 10 will not be back

The Location Is Very Convenient & Accessible By Metro Bus Lines. That Is Extremely Helpful.Coming To A Place With Complimentary Popcorn Definitely Makes The Time Enjoyable. You Can Fit A Lot Of Clothes Into The Smallest Washer. There Is Working Wifi & That Is Also Very Excellent.The Downsides Are Many Machines Are Inoperable At Times & Much Of The Tables & Furniture Is Dirty. Many People Enjoy Short Cycles, I Am Sure, But Would Appreciate A Little Longer Wash. Even After Adding Extra Wash & Rinse, Max Is 34 Minutes. Overall, Worth Coming To Launder My Clothes.

Alsome washateria , big size machines just how like it with all the clothes I have .. only thing I recommend they need more baskets for inside , but everything else is a plus love love it love it ??
