I’ve been coming to sports clips for years (over a decade) and have never experienced such a bad experience. I had selected a specific barber when Mable asked if I wanted to just take her since she was available, I said yes because I felt bad.
Mabel cut my hair in 8 minutes flat. She took the cape off of me and I was confused because the haircut was so quick and she clearly didn’t put in any effort to the haircut or to the details. Clearly trying to rush through as many cuts as possible.$28 for a haircut in 8 minutes is absurd. Low quality cut.
Very disappointed and will not be coming back because of Mable’

Drove in from Pasadena ro Houston. RUDE! Called to see if needed appt. Woman answered, hung up on me twice then sent call to voice mail. NOT Busy. Hung up on me just for asking if I needed Appt. Don't go here.

Reminded me why I don’t go to sports clips this was the worst experience ever do not get a shave here I go out of town tomorrow and my facial hair is completely ruined. I knew better then go to a place like this I was in and out within 5 minutes with just dirty clippers used on me. Honestly very upsetting

I had been going to Sport Clips for around 25 years. This location specifically for around 10 years (Sawyer location in Houston). I get the same haircut every time I go. Today this grey haired Hispanic woman, don't know her name because her tag was covered, tried to rip me off. She said that she would have to charge me $10 extra because my hair was long. My hair is about the same length as it is every time I get it cut. Wasted 45 minutes of my time waiting only to have this piece of trash try to swindle me. I will never go to a Sport Clips again.

Open until 5pm on Sundays. Arrived 450pm for little boy haircut and was told by employee they were already closed. No customers were ahead of us. That’s bad customer service. Won’t be back.

So long sport clips, from the increase in prices, to the now, you can only get a neck trim within 30 days of that specific location. Who needs a neck trim that soon after getting a cut? After being a loyal customer, for probably 25 years..great clips now has my business. Way cheaper and I actually like my cut from there better. The new neck trim policy was the straw that broke my back, just fyi manager

Maria is the freaking best. The only reason I come back to this place. Best hair cut by a mile. If she ain’t here I won’t be here. Wait the extra time cause it ain’t worth “next available stylist”.

Haircut fine but service very unwelcoming by Maria.
Update for store response : my screenshot shows that not only did I pay for a 5$ additional service .. I also payed a 5$ tip for a free cut (bday coupon) despite the service being freaking difficult to handle. So what you are saying is essentially a cover up of Maria's country behaviour.

Went Thurs afternoon for cut after 1-mo. Terrible experience with Anna - Mgr. rude. Partially cut hair and didn’t want to finish cut, then had to go to Shepherd and Westheimer location I have gone to so can get decent cut. Not going back.
