This place can be “hit or miss” depending on the tech you get for your haircut. Most of them are great, but I’ve also had one who was apparently in a bad mood and did an awful job on my haircut. I sent a message about my experience, and all I got was an automated reply advising that the store manager would be in touch. I never received a call from the store manager - - so they are not “in tune” with responding to their customers. On another occasion, I had a tech that was casting a very bad odor. I suspect it was from wearing clothes that had sat in the washer too long before being dried. She had the odor of soured towels.
BUT…those are exceptions to the rule. I have been a Sport Clips customer for several years, and I usually get a qualified tech, that provides a good “MVP” Experience with a good attitude.

I go to Evelyn. She’s super sweet and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience with her. She’s awesome! I always use the app to make sure she’s there and check in online. Super easy.

Low quality haircut. Below the quality you should expect compared to other locations. In the future, warn your customers that the hairdresser is in training before they are 90% of the way through haircut.

Not my normal Sport Clips location but have been here before. This one is close to my work. I had to wait, as it was a little busy but not too bad and my stylist was cool and good. Nice atmosphere at sport clips and I like the stylists as I don't have anyone particular I go to since I am all about town on sport clip haircuts love sport clips! This location is good but can be busy make sure to call ahead

I have been taking my son to get a haircut at this location for over a year. Evelyn is absolutely amazing, patient and great beginning to end. My son does not want to go to any other place for a haircut. Thank you Evelyn for being so patient and doing such an amazing job!

I am utterly dismayed by the horrendous haircut I received. The stylist constantly sought assistance, clearly lacking confidence in her skills. Despite providing clear instructions and visual references, she proceeded to style and cut my hair in the exact opposite manner. After enduring two hours of frustration, the outcome was shockingly inconsistent and uneven. It was abundantly clear that she was completely incompetent, leaving me with no choice but to leave in utter disappointment. This experience was beyond appalling.
