I absolutely recommend this location. I was traveling with the family after visiting the local beach and needed some cleaning from the road trip. A few unexpected mishaps from the little ones needed some immediate attention to the interior. As a tourist, I googled some car wash services close to my hotel, attempted to contact them and unfortunately they didn't answer the phone. Upon contacting Spotless Car Spa, their manager by the name of John, was extremely professional and understanding. They did an amazing job on the interior and exterior of my vehicle. Most importantly in a rather quick amount of time with a fair and upfront price. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The highlight was when this gentleman came up and wanted to make sure everything was up to my standards when the service was over....come to find out it was the actual owner Faris. He had been engaging with clients the entire time...very friendly and personable.

Awesome place. Super friendly staff who listened to all my inputs on my car while they were cleaning it, such as moving my baby seat out the way and scrubbing cup holders. Fresh coffee and water in waiting area that was clean and quiet. Competitive prices for all the work they do. Will be back for sure

There was a small miscommunication on the treatment I got on my car. When I came back to address it, things were quickly cleared up and I was even given an extra vacuum/interior cleaning, on the house. Thanks for your excellent customer service, Mario!

Just purchased a BMW. I took it Spotless Car Spa. It was my first time going to this place. Mario was very helpful and provided great customer service. I LOVED the end results.

After reading some of the reviews online and passing by the location prior, I decided to visit Spotless Car Spa yesterday and I'm very glad that I did.I was greeted promptly by one of the owners upon arrival. He was friendly and courteous while he explained the different packages and services that are offered at the car spa.I told him about my negative experience that I had at another local hand car wash and how the quality continued to decline. He assured me this would be a different experience and went into detail about the wash process and the products that are used.The waiting area was clean and comfortable, stocked with cold water and hot coffee while you wait. There are different seating options inside with charging stations, and you're also able to sit outside.While observing the wash process, I could see that these guys take their work seriously and put pride into what they do. They make sure their wash buckets and mitts are clean and use the same amount of product during each wash to be consistent.I could see how detailed they were and how they made sure to wash areas that I haven't seen other hand washes touch. Before your vehicle goes to the next interior and finishing stage, they make sure the outside is cleaned to perfection.I was told my car was finished and the gentleman walked with me to inspect my vehicle and ensure I was satisfied. They exceeded my expectations and my car had that WOW factor. It shined and looked like it just came off the showroom floor. No water spots and they made sure to get all those small areas that are sometimes forgotten about in the drying process.The interior was also immaculately clean. No greasy products were used and you could actually feel the clean inside. There was not a single speck of dirt or a fingerprint left anywhere in the inside of my car.These guys lived up to their name and left my car truly Spotless. I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out if you're looking for a quality hand car wash that has great attention to detail. Keep up the great work and I'll continue to come back. I drove from Cypress and I can say it was well worth it.

This is the best spot in Houston. Waiting area is very comfortable. Customer service is great. They do a great job treating my wrapped car, and it comes out looking brand new every time. Lots of luxury cars come through here which speaks to the quality and care that they put in their service.

I’ve been to many car washes but spotless is for sure the best! They do an amazing detail every time and the customer service is great. They use high quality materials and always leave me satisfied with my car wash. Highly recommend!
