My child has been attending Kindercare Spring Branch for over 2 years since she was an infant. She has had wonderful relationships with some of the teachers over the years, especially Ms. Lorena, Ms. Patricia, Ms. Maria, and Ms. Tina. I love to see the teachers greet her with so much enthusiasm and warmth. And my daughter has learned so much and had a lot of fun here.
The current director Ms. Carranza has been amazing for the center and has implemented better communication and better safety and made the center feel so welcoming!

My son has been attending since he was around 8 months old, almost 2 years old now. I was a little hesitant at first with taking him to daycare but they have always taken good care of him. Very good at communicating with the parents and keeping you up to date. They are very welcoming and show that they care about every child. They have curriculum for each age group, my son is too smart for his own good and that’s with the help of Kinder Care! I know my son has good and bad days but they love him and he loves them back!!

My baby has been here since 5months old Mrs. Lorena and Patricia are the best, he transitioned to Toddlers and he loves his new teachers as well Miss Maria and the other sweet teacher. My baby loves everyone here.

By far the safest place to bring your child! Within the first week every staff member knew my daughter's name and were very professional, but also family oriented! Also, my daughter has advanced soooo much in her milestones since going here! I love that the teachers update the app continually throughout the day, so I can see what my daughter has done!
Additionally, they will call if there are any issues and will update you on EVERYTHING about your child. (I got a call that one of her glass containers with her food broke.. but I love that they will inform you about everything little thing!!)
Definitely love and recommend this daycare!!

My daughter went to this daycare for 8 months, and my experience was amazing! I will highly recommend to anyone around Spring Branch, I have to pick a different location because I moved, but if I ever back close to Spring Branch for sure I’ll come back! Principal Ms.Crystal was always very communicative and welcoming with all the parents!

I was actually having a countdown to when I was removing my daughter from this center.
First: the director barely is in her office. She’s also very unprofessional. Every single time she did greet me, she sarcastically always addressed me as “Sweetie” and even called me “Babygirl” one time; which is very very unprofessional for a school-like childcare establishment , I’m a 41yr old woman.
-Everytime you walk in, there’s no one to greet you once parents walk through the doors, which is very, very unappealing. It’s just very dim and that’s it. Horrible because we are leaving our kids here so we need to feel comfortable every single time we walk through those doors.
-The drive-way structurally is very inconvenient. No matter if the line is long or not, parents have to wait until the car in front moves, which is horrible because no parent should have to feel rushed either dropping off or picking up their child(ren). Hopefully no one was ever late for work because that’s ridiculous.
-In the morning, for the infant, toddler room there are only 2 women there (even tho they are nice)the ladies barely speak & understand English!! How are we suppose to communicate in regards to our child with employees that aren’t fully bilingual!!!.
-Also, the director does not check messages that parents message her; one time she sarcastically told me “ohh, I didn’t see it” smh smh when I messaged the teacher & Krystal in regards to wanting to know how my daughter made out due to a fussy ordeal the day before.
-Also the baby toys look very old, dated & dirty. They don’t even look sanitized whatsoever. Definite lack of toys for the kids. The few toys are horrible. The backyard equipment also.
-The only PRO I can say would be, for birthdays the parties are cute & that’s it. And in the app the center update the parents on your child’s feedings, diaper changes etc
-The infant & toddler rooms are very small.
-Backyard/playground is small
-No one greets you upon arrival. You walk in & no one is there almost every morning, 99% of the time.
-This location needs to be re-modeled badly!!! Interior & the exterior.
**I found a new daycare for my daughter. Well-lit up. Teacher/child ratio is great. And the rooms are bigger, they’re always people at the front desk to pleasantly & professionally greet every parent coming in & going out!!! I love it! And mind you, they’re even cheaper price-wise. It’s like an actual school-like setting. Very professional & they’re a lot of employees also that are very friendly & speak fluently well/bilingual. Now, that’s how you run a child care. Kindercare does not live up to their name whatsoever; well, the Spring Branch location does not.

My daughter has been going here for about 8 months now and they are the best!
I highly recommend bringing your children here if you’re looking for care.
The staff is amazing , the center is clean and the director is respectable and amazing.
Leaving your child in a new environment could be the hardest thing and Mrs.Crystal the director has made this journey easy and possible for me and my wife !

My 2 children have attended here for going on a year now! and can i just say that i’ve loved it here from the minute I had my tour. This is my first experience having my kids in daycare and they love and i love it!
It makes me very happy and comfortable to be able to leave my kids here in such good care.
Mrs.Crystal the director has made this all possible! She’s actually the one who gave me the tour and the reason why i felt so comfortable enrolling my kids. Every time my kids leave they go in her office and give her a hug ❤️ , it’s the best thing to see and so grateful for her !

The director talks to the staff like they are children. I heard her talk down to a bigger teacher and not giving her time to find uniform pants her size. She didn’t address my concerns on why her infant teacher put my daughter on her belly just because she wanted her to sleep longer. My daughter was 5 months at the time and definitely not rolling. Also three people quit in the month that I was there one being the assistant director. This is not a ok place and the teachers do not last!

The director is a poor director she lie alot and she talk to her staff like they are kids and she people kids in rooms they not suppose to be in ...she always walk around mad ...she don't update the parents about there kids she is also short on staff ..she don't update the parents that she moves them ...she don't take care problems...she always talking bad about her employees...she clocking kids in that don't be at the daycare ...YALL PARENTS NEED TO START DOING RANDOM POP UPS ON THis daycare

Amazing Day Care! Loved our time at Kinder Care Spring Branch! The teachers are incredibly kind and truly care about the well being of your child. They are patient and work with your child to help them develop skills at their pace. We saw massive improvement in my son’s social and developmental skills while at Kinder Care Spring Branch. Helpful and kind administration. Clean facility and healthy, well-balanced meals. I highly recommend! Your child is in good hands here!

I love this daycare is very clean and sanitize! I was so worried to send my baby to daycare since he has never been to one he started attending since he was one he just turn two and I see a huge difference in he’s development ! I love how it dosent feel like a daycare at all it feels more like family, the teacher and staff are amazing and very welcoming ! Best decision I have ever made now I wish he started sooner, I go to work everyday worried free they keep you updated with everything with their app. Thank you Kinder Care for giving me a peace of mind that my child is in very good hands.

I love the teachers at Kindercare, they do a Fabulous job with all 3 of my kids. My kids look forward to going to daycare in the morning and when I pick them up they have nothing but nice things to say about there day. I also love that a get daily notification of the kids day through pictures of there activities and what they are doing. Recommend 100%

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYONE AT THIS KinderCare. I was so happy to find a place my 3 year old enjoys going to. His teachers and directors are so sweet and welcoming every day. Not only is my son learning so much with his friends at school but they’ve also helped out so much with the potty training transition. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ?
