Customer Service is the issue not this store. They give false information to customers and then don't document what they promise and then the customer incurs unnecessary charges that the rude customer service support line is too unprofessional to adhere to...Online customer service is so rude and unprofessionalThe store has great customer service; so sad the online support is not supportive nor do they maintain integrity and respect for their customers...

Alex is amazing! I was in town for the weekend and experiencing issues with my phone. He showed me how to fix it if the issues occurs again and gave great restaurant recommendations!

Reviews is something I rarely do, however I must recognize Ashly for her above and beyond service. I've been with TMobile for years and have always found great customer care, this young woman has raised the bar so high I just couldn't not leave a review and still feel like a good person, super knowledgeable, actually listens and then thinks what the best solution for you might be, not what promotion she could blind you with so her commission would increase. I came in with issues, she listened,expressed genuine concern, brainstormed with her colleagues, and then presented the options she felt as an expert would solve the problems I was experiencing. I left feeling confident my problems were solved and that is made a new friend. Thank you Ashley more than I can even say I'm this review TMobile is lucky you choose them and I hope they see what I see because it would be a big loss if you ever left. Thanks again!

Horrible customer service. They were rude once I walked in and said have a seat. I waited and waited patiently. I ended up leaving as they are short staffed and just rude. And, I’m a laid back person- just rude!

Worse Tmobile I've been in. Walked in and got a dull greeting. Employees were busy on electronics not customers.. felt like I walked in and interrupted their lunch break or something.

Anthony was a big help, a blessing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and just fun to chat with. My experience with him guaranteed my switching to T-Mobile from AT&T. Thank you, Anthony. I will come back to see you when I said I would.

Currently been here waiting since 730ish there are customers being help but I have not been acknowledged once I'm only here for a sim card since my home internet did not have it. Update it's 9:38 still here and still haven't been acknowledged. I just need a sim card that's it

Worthless team in the store when trying to execute a simple trade in. Completely unwilling to assist you in solving any issues other than directing you to call in to the T-Mobile help line. T-Mobile help line tells me to go to store and store tells me to call T-Mobile help line, classic incompetence. Go to another location or find another provider.

The manager JZ and Donald were very helpful in helping me and my family switch from Verizon. They took their time to explain the different options and were helpful in guiding us to select the best plan. Ask for them if you having troubles.

STAY AWAY from this store. Tmobile is great I have had it for many years now. The people that run this store however are not the most honest people. They will rip you off for their personal gain. I have 2 lines and went in to add a 3rd one with a new device. My bill DOUBLED in price. When I called customer service they explained to me that the employee made changes to my plan without my knowledge or any explanation. Rep was only looking out for his comission check at my expense.

Seriously the worst customer service I ever experienced. They sold me a phone with the power button missing. Did not realize until i got home. They refused to exchange refused to do a warranty exchange and could not care less. They insisted I did something to cause the problem which I did not. T mobile customer service even called the store to get them to do the exchange and they refused. It was explained to me by customer service they were just making this choice and it would literally not impact them to do the exchange. I ended up doing a warranty exchange and T mobile credited my count for what I had to pay. I am not one to yell at people but I admit I was so frustrated that I did yell at them. Will never visit this store again.

Not very helpful, came in to get my sim card changed to an Esim. First, without checking or doing anything he said your phone is too old for an esim. After I pointed that my phone was newer than 75% of the phones in the store, he said fine ill check in the system. He then proceded to say see there is no esim associated with your phone and that is because your phone is too old for one. Telling him one probably needed to be genereated for my phone was lost on him. At home it took about 20 min on chat with tmo to get the esim setup...Its tough for me to reccommend anyone go to this store since they dont know what they are doing. The store employee mentioned if I just upgraded to the newest phone an Esim would definitely work...lol, okay buddy.
