After one month of trying, and hearing people, tell me no worries and I assure you I’m going to get your problem solved, after 31 days I entered the T-Mobile store in Houston and Moises was able to solve my problem in five minutes. Your entire staff, other than Moises need to be retrained.

I got prompt and excellent support. I forgot my email password, yet the staff member (Jeff) was still able to copy my contacts and apps so I could use the phone and return the next day with my password to finish the install.

I went to upgrade my phone ?and add a line. River was a professional, she gave us an excellent service. Kudos to her!
