Took quite a while even though we had appointments. Also, the Dr didn't event do my eye exam. The young tech did. That's wild to me.

I had the best doctor I've ever had in my life The manager at the wallisville location is wonderful but do not trust their lab You're paying more but you're not getting more The more you get the longer it's going to take for your glasses you might as well just get the prescription there and have it filled somewhere else I am so pissed I place my order on the 1st now I'm not getting it to the 22nd when originally it was supposed to take two weeks here we are the 22nt and still no glasses we'll be now there telling me it will be another 5-7 days so no lw 24th -27th REALLY WTH RUN PEOPLE RUN Don't DO LIKE IM HAVING TO DO WAIT A MONTH THE LABS THEY USE SUCK

Glasses were wrong from the jump. Very little frame selection for the special. I take the first pair back for to being entirely too strong.. now I'm waiting almost 2 weeks for some glasses that were promised to me in 2 days. This is not good.. they aren't when progressing lenses.. they tell me its to make sure everything is perfect.. hey it's not the frames that's the problem it was that teledoc who never was in the room.. should have went to America's best
UPDATE.. After 3 weeks.. not 1 day as advertised...Got glasses back. They put the glare resistant on the wrong pair of glasses. One of the cheap plastic frames have already broken.. one big freaking headache!!!

Don’t even waste your time here my experience was not what I expected! I use glasses because I can’t see far and up close I can well when they did the exam with 3 different machines and then they put me in a room in which the eye doctor is not even there physically only on tv and he controls everything thru the tv did my my exam and the results were I have a stigmatism and I was a bit confused cause I know I don’t have that. Well I come in to get my glasses and I try them on and I can’t even see in them and I tell the lady Jacquelin I believe that’s her name that my vision hurts when I put them on and I see really blurry and I gave her my old glasses and she even said that’s a huge difference in what the doctor was putting on my prescription and she’s like he was going base on what the machine read. I asked her what can I do and she’s said the doctor comes physically tomorrow 3/6 at 4pm but I can’t do that time cause I work night shift I need my glasses mainly at night and then I asked about the refund instead cause I’m not gonna be waiting for when the doctor comes in physically again. I got the promotion $79 with FREE exam for 2 pair of glasses and I paid $129 in total.. so when I asked for my refund instead cause I was not gonna be chasing down a doctor that doesn’t hardly come in the store to physically examen customers I want a refund and she could only give me $60 back not the whole $129 because they had to charge me the exam after it said FREE exam with the purchase of 2 glasses which I purchased and paid extra for the things that I put and now I can’t even get the whole $129 when they were the one that did the mistake in the first place and the lady looked like she wasn’t even trying to help at all it’s unbelievable that I have to get $60 back from paying $129 they should cover the exam since they were the one that messed up my whole exam.. I’ll be posting this to my followers to keep them aware and away from this place or any other places. Go to Americas Best Glasses they do things the old school way how it should be with actual doctors present. Ripped me off with $69 after it said it was FREE!!! FYI Monday when I was at the store there was this guy literally complaining about the same thing on how they messed up with his exam and glasses and all the lady could say was there’s nothing she could do didn’t even seemed bothered by it. let that sink in!

Don't expect to interact with an optometrist. I was informed that my provider would see me virtually. The tech introduced himself and completed my eye glasses exam. I never saw or spoke to a real doctor.

Doctor called to change appointment that better suits him. When I had already agreed to a 2 week delay to secondary eye exam. WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULING GOING FORWARD.
