Do not use Staples Advantage. They will pull items from the advantage program even though you can still purchase them in the store. They will give you an error code that says "This item has been blocked for purchase by your company. Please contact your purchasing department for more information." I called them on this as I am the Purchasing Department and told them I did not block this. They are very deceitful in their practices and have no compunction to change this practice. Push blame on someone else for shady practices.

The ONLY good employees were a middle-aged Hispanic man and a middle-aged white lady with light brown hair. Everyone else seems pissed to be there and unhappy with themselves. Had a horrible experience due to laziness of employees in Print & Marketing - except for the kind Hispanic gentleman who was considerate enough to take care of my order after it was delayed and ignored for hours. Take your time and money elsewhere.

There's a reason why this place only has three stars and it's because the marketing and print center absolutely sucks. Nobody is standing there to help you in the entire center and you have to bake somebody to go assist you if you need assistance. Copier or printing machines work, everything is a disaster there.

I often use Staples for items I need for my home office and crafting items. They are located approximately 20 miles from me and I find having the items delivered to my door very helpful.
